Ma'am respect to you and everyone who is constantly holding up through the struggles of this so-called modern day corporate life. Could relate a lot on this, though I am no way related to the aviation sector. The only thing I know is these difficulties are the essence of life and once these are over I believe we value small things in a bigger manner. Hope you will always find happy passengers and beautiful flying experiences going forward! Always keep smiling! :)
So relatable and speaking from personal experience🙏🏼 Things nobody tells you about this profession. I flew for 10 plus years and I had to leave when covid was at its peak . By the time I was asked to leave, I was done .. totally frustrated, health had seen its worst and I just couldn’t carry on any more , although I loved my job , there comes a point in this particular field or role when you can’t go on anymore . 3 years later I still haven’t found a job that gives me the same joy as being a flight attendant did. But I have no regrets and I don’t think I can ever go back to flying . Wish you all the best for your new role in life 🎉 And no you are not a quitter ! ❤
Hello there how are you doing :) would like to share how you used to deal with air pressure and when did cabin crew can sit in the aircraft do you only sit at the time of take off and landing?
I can feel the shiver in your voice. And respect your decision... We should not force our selves for something which is not meant for us and it can be in any form physically mentally.. i am not a aspirat for cabin crew but I get motivated from you and your husband is absolutely correct 💯 Waiting for your videos and love you ❤🎉

Always choose your physical, emotional, psychological and mental health first than anything sometimes choose oneself is the best decision of your life. There is nothing to regret. According to me ,a lot of struggles are there for becoming a cabin crew, but the job isn't something which is respectful in the eyes of many .. moreover the salary 💸 too isn't too high considering the risks and challenges that comes with it . And most importantly, you always have to be polite as you mentioned in that way , you loose your self respect too many a times.. so I'm happy for you that you decided to quit the job and follow your instincts. ❤ btw you and your husband were looking cute in the later part of the video. ❤❤
Dear Akancha Ma'am,First of all thank you for putting this video out for us,I would like to say you're NOT A LOSER just because you've quit a job and kept your physical, emotional, mental health above anything else, the last part of the video is very positive, you're lucky you have a husband who supports you and understands that your health matters the most than a job,You shouldn't think about all the negative comments/backlash that you'll receive for quitting your job, this was your personal decision and only YOU,YOUR FAMILY knows what's best for you and not strangers on the internet, don't ever feel disheartened by such comments,I really pray that your health improves and you get to pursue whatever you want to pursue in your life,I love all your vlogs from cabin crew related to make up or even festivals and everything else, you're truly a wonderful inspiring woman irrespective of whatever profession you are into. ❤️

It happens with everyone. I think everybody come across some kind of situations like this during the career. We all try to push so hard that we ignores our physical and mental health. I think we all should pay some respect to ourselves also and whenever you feel like its not something that you wanna do then just QUIT. Life must go on. Something best will happen.

As a cabin crew i feel you because im going through these tough situations mentally and physically day by day i am loosing myself flying is tough hours and hours working in cabin handling carts with every safety in mind .but don't know how long I'll be able to do this .I'm happy you took this decision and brave step ... sad part is we only choose the happy part of our day but not the tough times which go through alone and back of the mind its eating us.
Kudos to your efforts... Health is wealth and it should be first priority always. You did right 100%
My story through your words. I can literally feel your emotions like literally from being living 52km from the airport to convincing family to quit . This is the same thing that I went through. Joined Indigo with excitement and energy but once you step into the shoe the journey starts. Indian aviation is literally hiring pretty robots to work and fulfil the needs. More power to you Akancha. I am proud of you Akancha di . Health is most important and all the airlines are in all same . I remember Gaurav Taneja Case who was a successful captain yet these airlines don't even care for their staff. I wish you best of luck for your new career and may God bless you with immense happiness and success in your life. Lots of love and support from Lucknow 💜. Jai Hind 🇮🇳

I will be truly honest, I am not a subscriber of your channel but youtube has recommended me your video 2-3 times and I have watched it, just by watching those video you sound very kind and happy going person so never let down your spirit and be as you are.
I can feel what the pain you were going through being in the customer service department and how difficult it becomes to continue when you start so many health issues.. I am also working in the hospitality department and can feel what you were going through
You made the decision according to your health condition that time nobody will care in corporate world if you are down sick permanently or temporarily. Always choose your physical, emotional, psychological and mental health first than anything sometimes choose oneself is the best decision of your life. There is nothing to regret. Sadak chap shayari -"Kai afsane aaye hai zindagi mein Kai afsane aayenge jisne chuna khud ko wahi zindagi ki raah mein aage badhte jayenge". keep going Sharma ji.... celebrate Life 🎉
Proud of you Girl...Keep learning keep exploring ❤️❤️
Akancha, you are a pro. I can relate the customer service pain you have gone through. I know it was a tough decision but am sure you will build up soon. All the very best buddy ❤
Whatever it is your hard time or happy time ,share it with us ! We are there with you ! Take care ,stay healthy and happy ! 😊
You are not a quitter... You are an amazing girl ❤️ keep smiling always 💕
I agree 💯%

A long back ago you posted a shot describing this incident since then I was waiting for you to disclose this.
And I can perfectly understand how difficult it would been for to quit it and also to speak about it so don't think that you are a quiter you are a fighter because being in such situation and handling it is really a big task and I can perfectly relate to this
This is the first time I am watching your content, but I can reckon with everything thing you said. I am from a different industry but I experienced similar things which really took a toll on my mental health. I didn’t quit my job but I changed my role in the same org. Every person has a different journey but at the end health and self love is most important. You have taken a very good decision and it only shows your strength. Kudos and more power to you! All the best for your future re plans. Last but not the least you are very beautiful, you looked so pretty even while crying❤, I wish I looked like that when I cry 😅
lots of love and support to you ma'am... you were, are and will always be an inspiration to many of us.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
hi akancha, hoping everything's safe and sound.
u are not a quitter, u are a winner! it takes some hard balls to give up on something that u admired with all ur heart. it takes another level of bravery to choose urself and ur happiness over anybody else. u are so courageous, pretty lady! never feel otherwise abt urself! it's ur life and u have the right to shape it the way u want to, everything else falls secondary. i hope life has everything good in store for u💕
also, u got a supportive family out there, they're a pure blessing who just think abt ur betterment!
It takes a lot to quit what you liked most in the past, hats off to her 🙌

Every job has a dark side. It depends how you manage and make your way out of it.

Cannot live without a job
First of all you're not a quitter.. you're very strong cuz accepting something which is stressing you out both mentally and physically and overcoming it on your own takes a lot of courage. So stay strong and always look forward, you still have a lot of things to try ❤️
You are young and have a long way to go so quitting one job and taking another shouldn't be a big thing it happens with everyone your honesty sincerity and simplicity will definately take you a long way
It happens with everyone. I think everybody come across some kind of situations like this during the career. We all try to push so hard that we ignores our physical and mental health. I think we all should pay some respect to ourselves also and whenever you feel like its not something that you wanna do then just QUIT. Life must go on. Something best will happen.
Don't worry. Your are very courageous.
It's alright to keep our heath and mental peace on priority. Keep going.....everything will be fine soon..

nah girl you ain't a quitter, you just prioritized you health both mental and physical, which literally any sane human would do. Aviation no doubt is a very difficult job, much respect to everyone in this field. Best of luck for your future endeavors.
Proud of you! You have gone through mental break down but u stood strong for youself and did what is right for u. Really a great inspiration. Kudos to the new beginning and all the very best. We support u all time.

I can feel you akancha! It's just so frustrating when you know in your heart you aren't wrong and others treat you like shit and the worst part is you can't do much about it. I am in medical profession and I see such cases of physical , verbal abuse happening with people of our fraternity.

Hi Akancha it’s really brave you shared your story…❤ you’re a strong woman. I love watching your videos especially your shorts 😍 I hope you grow in whatever you do moving forward. I can connect because I faced the same issue with my previous job it was also really far from my home, I met with an accident and people in my organisation especially my colleagues were not at all supportive they kinda forced me to quit even after knowing my situation that I am on a bed rest.. the corporate politics…😢 nobody cared about me so ya you’re not alone honey❤️

Di.... .... thank you di.... अपना अनुभव हमारे साथ बांटने के लिए।❤❤❤❤❤
