If only. I theorize the reason "Acheron" walks the path of Nihility, because of losing value in the world, as she comes from a universe where perhaps Kiana died. Without that one ray of sunshine in the darkness Kiana saved her from, she lost feeling any meaning in the world, a world where that "light" no longer exists. And she literally implies she killed Kevin. Alone. Dunno why people out there (I don't mean you, you're good) are in denial of HI3rd being connected to this game. Hopefully this "chapter" teaching not to cling to mere "illusions" to escape and instead face your problems head on, will teach those anti-HI3rd people the morals of accepting truths, and not to cling to their own illusions to escape from.

This happened a lot during the teaser of Acheron's myriad Celestia trailer. And people tried to correct them saying that they're not directly related in any way. Meaning there might be another Welt of this universe, not the Welt we know who is not from this universe, but a Welt from this Universe. As Acheron is this universe's version of Raiden Mei from HI3. And it seems like Acheron remember about Welt as a name when she first met our Welt.
There's several pauses when she encounter Welt for the first time. Knowing Penacony nature at that time who will mute you for telling the truth, she was telling something to Welt between those pauses but got muted by Penacony. Not to mention she was told Welt that she already killed HSR version of Kevin, the difference is she was fighting alone.

It's more to collective effort of all. First, Boothill called upon Galaxy Rangers, so new conscious coming into the dream, giving a slight discord to the Order that Sunday tuned. Then Acheron's strong emanator power slash to give a strong disruption to the symphony of Order, so people can wake from dreamscape, Robin's Harmony song, MC and others have chance to punch Sunday down while not under the heavy influence of Order.
