Excellent Video enjoyed it. One thing I seen you missed and most do. When changing oil and filter, you did not check and clean out the hollow bolt and it's opening (port) to breathe and allow bypass of non filtered debris. The drain for the oil filter housing is #2 missed right above the starter and at bottom of oil filter housing. Without draining this 12 ounces approx. out you just contaminated your fresh oil with all this debris and gunk in that tube. Thanks...
The cubs toolbox mounts under the seat on the seat bracket at the bottom where it’s on the platform. Not sure if you care if it’s in the factory spot or not.😅
I really enjoy the clarity of your videos - focused, concise and steady. As a new Cub owner (a 1956), I'd really like to see a paint how-to showing how you go from greasy rust to gleaming new paint. After seeing the 1927, it seems like you know how to paint an old tractor. Thanks!
Hello and thank you. Honestly, I’m not much of a painter. I am fairly proficient at restoring parts (cleaning, grease, grime and rust removal, painting, etc), but that’s usually on the smaller parts. I just use good quality spray paint.
