Making a Kydex Holster for a Cell Phone

I have a T-Mobile REVVL cell phone with a Beyond Cell holster. The holster kept breaking and I decided to make my own. This was my first attempt.
I should have either used a larger sheet of Kydex or made a two piece sandwich style holster. I prefer the one piece design as it is more narrow than a two piece design.
I got the Kydex too hot and it affected the finish on the holster. I was able to salvage it and am wearing it now.
