Stay at Home Photography - Folded Paper Macro Photography

We're all still staying at home and observing social distancing. I stumbled upon this form of macro photography and gave it a try. The results I think are pretty good. What makes it really cool is that not a lot of equipment is needed. A piece of glass (glass table, aquarium whatever you have), some lights, and imagination. It makes a great project that you can return to time and again.

@@TimothyStringer Yes that is true. There are a lot of things in macro that you can do with a minimum of equitement. The results can be stunning. As I said, I should do this more often. Thanks for your reaction, stay healthy.

What are the red and blue bulbs? Do they get hot? What light do you have under the aquarium?

The red and blue lights are LED bulbs. They do get a little warm but not all that much. Inside the aquarium is a LED studio light that I've taken the stand off. To soften that light I use another piece of paper.
