Anti Mullerian hormone test
AMH क्या है ? जैसे की हमे हमारे पहले वीडियो में देखा है। हर स्त्री को जन्म से दो ovaries रहते है। हर ovary में छोटे छोटे follicles होते है जिसे primodial follicle कहा जाता है और इन follicles मेसे ही eggs (oocytes) बनते है। जब लड़िकयोको period आते है तब पहले या दूसरे दिन में कुछ primodial follicles activate होते है , जैसे जैसे period का 5th या 4th दिन आता है इन primodial follicles मेसे एक activate हुआ follicle advance stage में चला जाता है। 9th या 10th day पे यह follicle और बडा हो जाता है और अगर normal ovulation cycle के अनुसार 13th , 14th , 15th day पे यह follicle rupture होके egg release कर देता है। AMH का यनेके Anti-Müllerian Hormone यह primodial follicle की संख्या दर्शाता है।

AMH test महिलाये कभी भी कर सकती है। AMH test केलिए आपको भूके पेट जानेकी जरुरत नहीं पड़ती।
AMH test results explained: अगर आप AMH levels की जांच करेंगे तो reproduction के लिए स्त्री का :
-AMH 1.5 से कम होता है , तो इसे low AMH कहा जाता है।
-जिनका 8 से ज्यादा AMH होता है उनको high AMH कहा जाता है।
-Normal AMH की range 2-8 तक होती है। (what is a good amh level)
-Low AMH और high AMH दोनों ही fertility केलिए सही नहीं है।
