Endometriosis एक medical condition है जिसमें uterus की lining जैसी tissue, uterus के बाहर grow करने लगती है। ये condition painful हो सकती है और कई बार infertility का कारण बन सकती है।
Chocolate Cyst in Ovaries
Endometriosis की वजह से ओवरी में जो cyst बनती है, उसे chocolate cyst कहा जाता है। ये cyst पुराने खून और tissues से भरी होती है, जो हर menstrual cycle के साथ बढ़ती जाती है। Chocolate cyst के कारण ओवरी में inflammation होता है, जिससे ओवरी का normal functioning प्रभावित हो जाता है।
Nodules on Rectum
Endometriosis के nodules rectum के ऊपर भी बन सकते हैं। ये nodules internal organs के साथ stick हो जाते हैं, जिससे pelvic region में pain और discomfort होता है।
Adenomyosis in Uterus
Adenomyosis एक condition है जहां uterus की lining, uterine muscles के अंदर grow करने लगती है। Adenomyosis की वजह से uterus का shape और size बदल सकता है, जिससे implantation में issues आ सकते हैं। जब fertilized egg को uterus में implant होना होता है, तो adenomyosis की वजह से ये process भी प्रभावित हो सकता है
Impact on Ovulation Process
ये सभी factors मिलकर ovulation process को प्रभावित करते हैं। Normal ovulation में, ओवरी से egg release होता है और fallopian tube से होकर uterus की तरफ बढ़ता है। लेकिन endometriosis के कारण ये पूरा mechanism defective हो जाता है। ओवरी में cyst होने से egg ठीक से mature नहीं हो पाता, nodules की वजह से fallopian tubes block हो सकती हैं, और adenomyosis की वजह से uterus में implantation difficult हो जाता है।
Endometriosis की इन complications की वजह से कई महिलाओं को conceive करने में मुश्किल होती है। Studies के अनुसार, endometriosis से पीड़ित लगभग 30-50% महिलाओं को fertility issues का सामना करना पड़ता है। इसीलिए, अगर आपको endometriosis के symptoms दिखें तो early diagnosis और treatment बेहद जरूरी है ताकि fertility पर कम से कम impact हो।
