Thank you as always Franchesca for the excellent videos. Awesome info! Question on Boca Royale vs Wellen Park Country Club - one of our biggest priorities is the schools. Is Boca Royale included in the Wellen Park school district - where they are building the brand new K-12 school . . Do you know by chance?

These are great questions. So, no the Boca Royale is not in the Wellen Park school district. The K-12 school is going to be in the southeast part of WP. If you are looking for which community is going to be more family friendly, I would go with WPG&CC!

Hi Francesca can you supply prices for the golf and social bundle and can you
also answer if there is a master walk-in closet and also if there is a pantry in the kitchen. Since I watch all your videos and you usually point out the master closets and pantry it seems strange to me that I didn’t see them. Not a dealbreaker but I would want to add both after and that would be an additional expense.

Also, this is funny because you actually noticed but I did record the closets but my editor took it out. There are two master closets that are in the hallway towards the master bath. They are a decent size but I can get exact measurements from my sales rep or a video for you!

What's the possibility of not having an open look, instead, having a closed or separate kitchen. I do not like looking at kitchen cabinets, refrigerators, stoves, sink, and messy pots when I'm eating in the dining or sitting in the living room. I need walls to ease the clutter.

@@jeanpalumbo3411 as far as the layout, that maybe tough. However, I think you might like the Bougainvillea II floor plan. It has more separation than most of the open concept houses I’ve seen. For single people I think you will do good in a neighborhood like this because there will be a lot of groups and activities.
