Noah Lyles shows his VERSATILITY in 4x400m relay😎🏃♂️ - Sport
Great run but the anchors are killing me with the fighting 😂
😂 stop touching me
😂😂😂 fcking hilarious 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
@@annmariebusu9924I'm not! You're pushing me to the outer lane!
Lmao 😂 love it
I think this is going to grow him as a sprinter......RESPECT
Great laps....Noah lyles held him off...great job team USA.
That was Belgium’s worst runner…
@@pato20995and noah lyles is a 100m guy with very little 400 experience. USA’s worst runner…
@@svets0029 yea not like he was 400m state champion in high school or anything 💀💀💀
@@pato20995 he already had international golds by that time, so i would sure hope that he’d be the best in his state. Still USA’s worst 400 runner
wow i have never seen an athlete who is a beast in not only in 100m, but 200m, 4x400 and 4x100m relay. PUT SOME RESPECT ON HIS NAME🔥🔥🔥
He lost 5m to a guy that has a 46.90 PB
i mean he’s great but what about Van Niekerk when he wa healthy
@@pato20995 go look at the whole race and interview
@@timotheesamazingchannel3721 Past tense my guy past tense
@@pato20995exactly But, he did his best and was running for a team which he did not do with collège ( did not attend)
Everybody knows the four hundred makes you even stronger in the 2
NOAH LYLES IS GREAT!😊👍👍👍
I have never seen the BS amongst the runners waiting for the baton.
It’s always happened. At least on the men’s side.
200 meter tracks are brutal the feet burn after doing those sharp turns.
Man listen.
The guy said touch me one more time and ill send you straight to jesus✝️✝️
Matthew Bowling showed championship growth into that the release of the battle
Noah ran this like a true champion, congratulations USA.
I mean he did good, but not "best of the best" level.
@@B1gBossManOh shutup yes he is you just hating on him
@@MsPhillyG and you stop riding him like a Kawasaki daym 💀.
I'm just stating facts.
Stop ! He gave his best. He learned the pain of last 100 and participated in a team effort. US team probably did not have a specialist on hand.
Not really. What was his split time and why did his team finish second?
Noah is next level for sure!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾💯💯‼️
Love seeing Noah running.
That was outstanding! I’m shocked that his 45 indoor didn’t get any separation… great run! What a battle
Quincy?
Give me Quincy Wilson 😂
🥩🏇
Quincy gonna be a problem in the 200 and 400.
For reference, Usain Bolt refused to train for the 400m because it was too hard. Quite possibly the most difficult race someone can run and it’s a 100 and 200m sprinter at that 🙌
For reference, Bolt tan faster in the 400m open as a teenager than Noah split in this relay
@@nohands6865 For reference, it's pretty obvious you've never run track considering running 2 laps and 1 lap is completely different. The turns are much slower and if they both ran of this track, bolt in HS would not have ran a faster time.
im assuming you don't understand due to the idiocy of your comment so i'll break it down, indoor track is 200 meters while an outdoor track is 400 meters, if you run track, especially at that speed, you'll know how hard those turns are on a 200m track.
@@michaele1949 Bolt ran in the open, Lyles ran it in a relay with a running start. I run 1:48 and 47 so I think my opinion might carry a little bit more than yours lmfao.
@@michaele1949and Bolt would have had to litterrally stop in each curve indoors due to his height. He would have been sucked ou by the force
Put Quincy Wilson in
Agree
bro split faster than noah and he’s a sophomore
Fr
His open was faster
Wilson is shorter, he would have run 1 second faster than Lyles
Noah did great
He did pretty good for a short distance runner
Y'all could show us the end of the race😢
Noah Ran the 400 in High School with his Brother, He Does Have Experience
Not at the professional level though, experience in high school is not equivalent to experience at the professional level and even if it was the same experience noah was in highschool nearly 10 years ago
But there is the so called Muscle memory
@@necipokanozaydn6215not the heart and lactic memory
@@aidanbacon6264no college either where he would have had to run 4×4 often
I never knew that touching and pushing another runner was allowed without being disqualified 😮😮😮 In the 40 years or so, that I've been watching track and field, I've never ever seen that before. Where are the consequences for this very Unprofessional Behavior 😳😳😳😳
I was just about to say same thing.
What did they just experience! Yes!!!
Fred's proving himself right. He may have split a 45.68 but there r plenty of people who deserve the Olympic 4x4 spot more than him
What Lyle’s said, if he thinks that Fred should’ve showed up.
@@AeroMyth I think Fred had a problem where world athletics wouldn't let him. Maybe I'm wrong but I remember seeing some thread of him saying that he doesn't care about the actual meet but the fact that it's become some sort of tryout for olympics was messed up cuz he's been getting shut down every time he's tried to be on the champs 4x4 all the way since last Olympics. Remember he's the 8th fastest 4 runner, u can't be wasting talent like that
He said it himself no one else was there, which is why they gave Noah the spot
It’s crazy how a sophomore in high school might genuinely be faster than noah lyles at the 400
Given that Noah Lyles’ 400m split was below 46, I doubt that there’s more than like two high school sophomores that could do that. There are people in the record books with times that are only a few tenths of a second faster
@@Hiou077Quincy Wilson
Quincy Wilson had a 44.37 split at Penn relays, where he passed SIX of the world's best high school 400m runners and won his team 1st place.
@@emmm5552that was also outdoors
@@FryedCat0 regardless still insane
Why the guy touching the guy he was handing off to
Since the two were side by side they were fighting over position. It is much easier to start in lane one because all you have to do is run straight
Bad sportsmanship...
USA USA USA!!!!!! 😎
Running fast is his experience.
Great job Noah
Very good job Noah
I can relate to Lyles in that I cook whatever events I do to the point that my coach doesn't know what to put me in 😂
I sadly got good at middle and long distance, so track coach wouldnt put me on 4x400 team even tho I finished 2nd at team trial run.
was that matt boling?
Noah is a Beast!
It’s insane that he can switch for 100 to 400. I’ve never heard of this kind of range in a pure gold, record 100 sprinter !!! Crazy thing is, if you divide that by 4, that’s a 100 time that would win most races.
Is the pushing allowed
@@peternjiro1722That guy pushing the USA last leg should get disqualified
The way Noah has turnover. He definitely runs like a quarter miler
Let's go ad Micheal cherry is our number one
That looks absolutely painful but great job 😅
A&M just had a kid run 43.2 split to win NCAA 4x400.
That’s impressive as a sprinter with little experience for the 4
can runners do that (push each other for position)?
He's not pushing, they often post up like that as they wait to get the baton. Rules are the position of those waiting for the baton should match the place of the teammates in the race.
What was the second place guy doing? It didn’t seem like jostling for position he was just like.. irritating the USA runner 😂
No
Versatile in all sprinting disciplines?!
So quincy Wilson run raster at 16 interesting
What was Mathew Bolings split
Why are they stressing him? 400m is hard
Who Won the Event ??? Us or Belgin Not Fair too show the Anchor Legs
They will now look for him to run the 400m in the future 😊😊❤
Stick with the 100 & 200 please. And put our best guys in the relays if they are available.
He ran a slower split than the dude behind him
No ones going to talk about how lane 1 went into lane 2
4x4 exchange not 4x1 no one gets exclusive lanes at 3 and 4th leg
Who is the winner??
pushing? WTF? Is this Roller derby?
He ran 45.63
Bro what kinda track is this why’d he do 3 laps for a 400? 😭
Put in paul Dedewo
You know whats crazy a sophomore is faster than him
My dad ran a 45.76 and I run a 49.96 at 15
I ran a low 4.
Bout 54.3.
😎
high schoolers run that
There are athletes in high school who can run that, but that is by no means a typical time.
@@3rdCoastAlliance true that
Do indoor tracm cut the track in half or did he run 2 400's?
Yes, Indoor tracks are 200m. They have banked corners because they are too tight otherwise
That was a 200 meters track. No 400 meters indoor track.
I don't this this is really versatility. A world champion 200 runner should be able to run a 45 pretty easily
By the way, who won??
Belgium
"Americans" can't stay in one lane.
His versatility question mark what a dumb comment. The 400 is a Sprint right along with the 200 and 100. And all 100 munners and 200 munners can run the 400. Bolt was a 400m rubber before he started running the 100. So no it's not shocking or showing versatility that Noah was able to run the 400. That also goes for 100m hurdelers. They can run the 100, 200, and 400 as well
But the thing is people choose to only train for those specific events. So for a sprinter to add more distance and still be world class over that distance is more a question of versatility than you think
Bro is confidently wrong
@@hazelnutspred3348 the 400 is a Sprint period and sprinters can run all the Sprints aka the 100, 200, and 400. The world record holder in the 110 hurdles whose name I can't think of right now, ran the anchor leg in the 4 x 400 when he was in college a couple of years ago . The white guy that ran in the relay with Noah, Matthew.... He's a 100m and 200m runner.
@@hazelnutspred3348 and you're talking about training, at practice sprinters run the 100, 200, and 400. They train in all of them.
@@SimplyMarlo74that’s not necessarily true not all sprinters have the endurance or train for those events….Now potentially all can however Noah had a distinct advantage in the 1 and 2 because he trains for the 4 and that shows with his top end towards the end of 100 meter and 200 meter finishes
Slow, though. slowest on the team. The 16 year old ran faster the other day.
Bros were playing paddy cake or something
Trying to create a clear path for incoming runner
Too slow. He doesn’t deserve to take a place in the 4X400. Too many other deserving athletes are faster. If the coaches allow it T&F will suffer.
im gonna do 6th track and so far after practicing at school and stuff they say im the fastest but i just realized how weird some people look running fast what if i look like that while running XD
Worst know nothing announcers
weak ahh split
And there’s a 16 year old sophomore hitting lower times on the outdoor track.
Two curves (outdoors) vs. Four curves ( indoors) equals to 1 to 2 seconds difference
Some 16 year old ran this 😭
What was the Belgian doing...that should diaqualify them
