- I sell out every time I bring a bunch of these to a show - about 200 each time! Starting in October, these are my top sellers! I use my new ornament jig (watch the creation video below) and collect the drips so I can make a cool drip painting.

Iv done this before and I used alcohol inks and it came out so pretty...also metallic paint's are very pretty...you can use glitter's as well...They make such pretty Christmas Ornaments...It a nice gift to give someone.

Simply beautiful! Have you thought about inverting them on a dowel stuck in styrofoam? That way no sides touch at the bottom.
The bottom is suspended on small nails, so they barely touch.

I am in Brevard County and stay local for my shows, like Cocoa, Vero and Melbourne. There is a great Facebook group called Central Florida Markets and Craft Shows Vendor Group that has a lot of show resources. The BEST place for recycled wood is pallets! And also keep an eye out for fence boards when your neighbors replace theirs.
This is one of those things that make you think “Some people will buy anything if you put an ocean theme on it” 😂

it is a paint additive that improves flow, and also creates beautiful patterns!
Did you apply anything over the finished product? I have found that my poured paint looks dull after it dries. Thank you!

they are plastic! which is good because it was so windy this weekend they were blowing all over the place.

Floetrol, a paint additive. you can buy it at Lowe’s
did you use American Flotrol?
nope, regular US A version, although it’s gotten so high in price too! my local hardware store only has a quart size for the price I used to pay for a gallon. So, once I run out, I’m going to experiment with some other things.
I'm curious if you have ever put the paint on the inside?
I have not, but it looks like fun! I’ve also watched videos on using alcohol inks inside.
