Possibly... but consider the impact population growth has had on the last hundred years of house prices. Rise in numbers of people and life span, rise in demand. UK population has been stagnating for decades and is predicted to shrink. I don't disagree that average house prices will be in the millions but it's still an interesting factor to consider.

Everybody moving towards “service module”. Housing, cars, food, health care- everything will be as service.. you not paying for service- you don’t have place in society. I read this theory when I was a child and since then it clicked
I believe in the numbers. Never underestimate the incompetence of governments to keep printing helicopter money.

When I calculate compound interest using your figures:
Annual growth rate =9%
Starting value = £1.5M
Duration = 50years
This equals £111M not 32M.

I think BTL and mortgages will be always here. We can learn from Netherlands, Japan and other over populated countries. Just that ordinary person who wants desperately to pay off their mortgage won't be able to do it in 25-30 years like these days. Instead it will be mortgage for 150-200 years which you simply pass onto your kids and next generations. Inflation is like fire. Good if you know how to use it or it will burn you. Supply v Demand for housing in the UK is the simple cause for the huge capital growth. It could be slowed down by accessing more land to us 'normal people' and not only the greedy developers who built crap new build. In Europe it is very common to buy a plot of land off your council and self build your dream house. In many trends UK is still mentally stuck in the last century... Anyway pop the kettle on, it's time for a cuppa :)

the cut the zeros on the banck notes; in japan they will cut the zerous in 4-5-6-7 years because of hiperinflation in bank notes circulate with a lot of zeros. = is a debt pay cycle of old sistem and a form a restart to the new sistem with the new bank notes in circulation.

Since about the 1920s the worlds population has exploded - just in the last 50 years the worlds population has gone from 3 billion to around 8 billion today. Population growth is slowing and will probably start to decline in 40-50 years. When a population starts to decline it runs out of young people first.
With a slowing population surely there will eventually be enough houses!?! 🤷♂️

Your theory disregards basic supply vs demand, does it not? Correct me if I’m wrong. The current population of millionaires (globally) is about 1.1% of the population, tiny. House prices cannot reasonably exceed the demand, but they may continue to rise in value if owning a home becomes a luxury asset for HNWs. In which case we’d live in a renter nation, which I doubt could exist for any extended period of time in a democratic nation filled with voters who want to own property.
We will go to war then interesting time a Englishman home his is castle so let the battle commence
