I’m on day 26 of my 90 day cleanse. I’m doing 40 days juice only, then 30 days juice & smoothies, then 20 days juice & smoothies & fresh fruit. Trying to transition to very high raw.

Gillian, have you considered growing your own organic fruit trees? After watching and learning about fruitarians, I’m seriously considering this. I’d only toyed with the idea before as I considered putting in outside raised beds to grow vegetables. I have amazing nurseries in town but they don’t seem to have organic fruit trees. Any ideas? I definitely think I’m going to try this using big pots so they can be moved over time. I wonder if that’s enough room for their roots… anyway, off I go to search my way into these answers…

she talks about flat stomach on juice but me personally i get bloated with juice and i have done 4 months on juice only and was bloated. i got flat stomach when i just eat fruit instead of juicing it

@@koalamama2not me but one of my patients …she tried everything (raw vegan) for 2 years . She was having neuropathy to her foot. She did the meditations for 6 months and went to a retreat …came back completely healed!

Truthfully she appears very thin and malnourished. Just being honest . So maybe it is just being under weight but this is what sways ppl away from eating vegan
I have heard some people have added back in a few cooked vegetables (steamed broccoli, sweat potato, etc.) if they feel too thin. Skye looks GOOD! She had some major issues and surgeons removed a part (or all of her stomach).
Perspectives change. We (Americans, Western European, etc.) tend to be overweight, so a normal thin physique can seem “too thin/skinny” when it is actually very healthy.
