I have a JTAGable Xenon, found it in a random lot of consoles and I got super lucky. Sadly, it has a bad GPU that needs to be replaced, and that'll take a BGA station. I will say though, RGH 3 is almost like the new JTAG, with only needing two wires and a flashed NAND.

Just recently bought a RGH3 360 Slim 1tb with, Aurora Dashboard, XeX Menu, Stealth Server, and unlocked Backwards Compatibility for around $220, its pretty impressive for the amount of work that is needed with how generous people can be and I can't wait to spend hours on this thing.

Same man I got one back in 2019 for 220$ shipped , so like 200 the guy wanted , his name was DelcoMODZ z or s , but he would pre load them and sell them , I was able to get my Hands on a RGH MW3 limited edition console ! The same console I had as a kid+ always wanted a jtag or RGH sense like 08 lmaoo , I’m glad you love yours , there’s a lot of things you can do with it ! I have so many emulators , my favorite is playing Pokémon on gameboy or GBA because Pokémon is full screen , n I use a controller it’s NASTY’

That was a pretty high quality video! I did not know JTAGing was a rarity! However, I do want to know - are there any differences beyond the installation and the boot time?
Once the console encounters a glitch, the outcome is identical regardless of the method. The boot time varies depending on the RGH version being compared to JTAG. RGH3 consistently provides instant boots, while older versions like RGH2 may require tuning due to timing file adjustments specific to the console, as they utilize glitch chips. However, even chip installations can achieve instant boots. Both RGH3 and JTAG are automatically equipped with these fast boot times.

@@xvii7718Trinity. Corona is know to have issues. I got my RGH 3 from Console warehouse. But their stock usually sells out really quick. Don’t get a Corona if you play rhythm games. Coronas have sync issues. Just go Trinity. Console warehouse lets you ask for a Trinity if you want. That’s what I did. Because I do mostly want it for guitar hero unlisted DLC
@@xvii7718 Trinity or a phat Jasper. Coronas are fine if they aren't 4GB models, but the 4GB NANDs have failed in some consoles now, so unless the modded NAND has disabled the 4GB storage, it's at risk of failing
Thank you so much man, I have some questions for you. Can I play xbox live on my xbox 360 slim, in xexmenu I disabled dns block and now I can use xbox live but I'm afraid of getting banned and I think I won't be able to play rgh offline games again. That was the first question and the next is: Is Aurora better than Freestyle 3? I have freestyle and I'm thinking of installing aurora because I need to use filezila on my pc to download some games on my xbox 360?
I prefer Aurora for cosmetics and easy of use. You can play Xbox Live if you install a stealth server, there are many free ones. If you don’t have a stealth server then you will get banned, so enable liveblock in dashlaunch until you get one.
Hi, is it possible to install jtag or rgh in an old xbox 360 in which I have already flashed the CD-ROM drive many years ago without risking any problem or bug ? Thanks

JTAG consoles have to be on 7371 or below, that doesn’t include the metro dash.

Hello, are you from America? If yes i know a man from there who mods xbox 360 consoles and it also gives a full package of online servers for some games, his own servers. The man got a nice comunity
One of the reasons ive put off modding my older 360 is because I cant decide which method to use, and now of course there is picoflash. What I do know from experience is the newest method is king since like you said developers rarely support older formats.
I recommend RGH3 as it’s the latest and fastest mod, although it’s still difficult to perform if you don’t have much soldering experience.

You can check in Dashlaunch at the bottom right, It’ll say “Type:” then either Glitch (which is RGH) or JTAG.

i wanna mod my 2013 xbox E console but hard to find videos on it. if i rgh 3.0 does the dash version matter or no or what guide should i follow. some forum said before 2014 is moddable so i hope it is. want to just download games from usb/burned disk and have a blast
The Xbox 360 E, assuming it’s moddable, is a corona motherboard. Follow guides for your motherboard depending on the NAND size and whether a postfix is needed.

I still have my jasper JTAG. I want to fire it up and play around with it again but it's been like 10 years since I've touched it so I'm scared that I'm gonna make a mistake and brick it while trying to update shit 😂It's been too long
If you want to update it then you can make a new updflash.bin file with JRunner and flash it via xell. There are also methods to use the Simple 360 NAND Flasher homebrew app. Just don't update via Xbox Live, as doing so will flash a "retail" image which your JTAG cannot run.
Is a J-Tag still worth owning? I’m told you can’t play games past a specific dashboard update and can’t use it online. Also your discord link expired, try making a permanent one.
JTAG and RGH are the same end result and you can update them to any dashboard with online compatibility.

I want to buy an xbox super slim JTAG, how can I make sure it is really JTAG? The eject button dont show any screen at boot
Xbox 360 Slims cannot be JTAG’d, they need an RGH mod. If the eject button doesn’t show Xell then it’s most likely not modded.

RGH3 Trinity is the one I like the most, but all consoles can be prone to issues especially with heavy playtimes.

Wow, your comments about RGH haven't aged well. With the new RGH 3, boots don't repeat any more to put a stress on anything. Amazing how much difference a few months can make. I'm guessing you might want to revisit this one :)
RGH3 was out about a year before I made this video. RGH3 can still take multiple boot attempts before booting, and some consoles straight up refuse to boot using it and require modchip based installs such as RGH 1.2 v2.

You will run into a lot of people like you who are buying rghs due to older cods being relevant again. You will have to leave a lot of lobbies to find legit ones. Not worth it anymore. Good luck.

You can buy them on eBay but expect to pay at least £100 GBP.
I’ve always heard JTAG is better than RGH based on the fact you need to buy stealth for RGH and not JTAG
That’s not true at all, the end result is exactly the same and both require stealth servers for online activity.
@@TheModSmith ah right, that’s the reason I’ve never really got into it, I’ve always been a fan of it but never understood how stealth and KVs work and wouldn’t wanna spend the money on it every month
@@SoraGremory0121 There are many free stealth servers nower days and I've had KVs last as long as two years without getting banned. Even if they're banned, they cost no more than £4 GBP.

Why not just get a series X and play 90% (or even more) of the library remastered?

There almost the same only difference is u wouldn’t be able to run a blades Dash, but u can use Ciyper on a RGH 1.2 and it’s the best UI iv ever used from Modding my consoles iv had the same Kv for 8months “I mod for fun not to shit on people on COD lol” if there playing legit on a 360 they might not be able to afford to get a one so I use it for XMBC, FTP from Pc to Console, I just Go on GTA and Mess around like Spawn Random things if I do play there was a time I used aimbot 24/7 but I don’t need it as I’m a good player anyway it’s all for Fun “Free Games, Programs ect” iv owned many along with 3.55 ps3 good old Rebug! I wish I never sold my Jtag Falcon I grew out of it but not wanna mess around and shit I love it I have my Wii modded, Phone Rooted, PsP Vita JB I Literally modded anything I could get my hands on 😂 loved having control of Microsoft instead of them controlling me I wish we could mod on New Gen imagine Modding in 8k @ 120hz on COD would be insane! Eventually they will die out so anyone wanting one I suggest u buy one Soon. “You can get a Trinity or Corona” which is the Newest 360 Slim for £40 console only With Psu & 1tb HDD like 80/100 Jtags are a Solid 150/200 console only. Hopefully u make a discord as be good if we could talk together as Modders. ☮️😎
