- In this video i will show you how to make motorized bike from a normal bicycle.
I had an idea to put the engine on a normal bike, and made it a reality.
You can see the results from my project in this video, i am very satisfied.
I didn't have a speedometer but i could tell i was going around 60kmh (40mph).
This was one of the most interesting projects on my channel,
and you will see many more like this, so i recommend you to subscribe to my channel.
For this project I used:
-Honda gx200/ 6.5hp / 200cc (replica).
-3/4" bore 10T centrifugal clutch 420p
-60T sprocket 420P
-420p chain
-Bicycle brake lever
-bicycle cable

You wouldn't catch me riding that thing.. all that heavy 4 stroke weight engine sitting up high on the frame like that.. no way.
Soon as you build up some speed and lean into a corner, down you go!
Maybe a bit dangerous and high geared but I enjoy the point and weld philosophy !
great job ! don't worry bout haters they have nothing better to do. the chain clip remark was however very pertinent to the safety and longevity of the master links survival . you want the round part of the master link clip at the front of direction of travel . having the two sides of the clip leading can cause the clip to get caught on anything causing it to disengage and then not good if chain separates. could most likely bunch up rapidly and lock the tire instantly. or worse the chain could flail around a few times before lock up or thrown and you could have a steel weed eater line thrashing your leg . still everybody starts somewhere and your start was way ahead of most I've seen . Again bravo !keep building your dreams. you gotta knack for inventing .Erock
Not too mention the other solid removable link that goes on before the clip is on the other side of the chain. I can't believe the chain didn't vibrate itself loose.

i can't get my head around how the clutch works could u maybe explain that part also does it reallly need a clutch to slow down the engine since there is resistance to the raise

hi, did you use any gear, like cvt? , if you didn't, how could you move without stopping the engine?

Прикольно, что сохранил переключения, но вопрос к глушителю, который находится в притык к ноге. Ногу не жарило?). Я двигатель предпочитаю ставить на багажник ( самоваренный)

В этом двигателе четыре крепёжных болта. Лучше я думаю ставить распорки, чем вешать двигатель на одну профилированную трубу.

El peligro es que si llevas pantalones largos y anchos, estos pueden atascarse en la cadena que sale del motor, quiza aun no le ha sucedido pero hay posibilidad, saludos

Рама велосипеда справится с нагрузкой. Единственная проблема - механизм переключения передач на велосипеде, который у меня сломался, поэтому цепь велосипеда должна быть заменена более прочной и механизм переключения передач удален.

the engine is rather cheap it's used for farm accessories and only costs about 40-50$ including carborater fuel tank throttle and kill switch

Should have used a motorized bike sprocket on the back wheel and got a wide pedal crank kit if you can pedal it it's legal
I agree, but it would require more time and money. I made this project on the fly, just for fun.
