INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g Cookies
Crush cookies in a blender
- 90 g melted Butter
Mix well
Cake pan - 15x15 cm (6x6 Inch)
Transfer the cookie crumbs to the cake pan
Press the crumbs into the bottom of the pan
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- 380 g Condensed milk
- Juice of 1 Lemon (70 g)
Mix well
- 10 g Gelatin
- Add 100 ml of cold water to the gelatin
Mix well and let it set for 20 minutes
- Add 100 ml of hot water to the gelatin
Mix well
Add dissolved gelatin to condensed milk
Mix well
Remove the set cookie base from the fridge and pour over the condensed milk layer
Refrigerate for 1 hour
- 5 g Gelatin
- Add 50 ml of cold water to the gelatin
Mix well and let it set for 20 minutes
- 1 packet Jelly
Make jelly as per the packet instructions
Add gelatin
Mix well and leave to cool to room temperature
Remove the cake from the fridge
Pour a layer of jelly on it
Refrigerate for 5 hours
Remove the cake from the fridge and cut into pieces
Enjoy!
