During my childhood, when my mom did a roti canai, she used a big plate"talam" to stretch the roti.
For the dipping, she cooked a fish curry.

Actually the trick on how the "Boss" do it is.let say u are a right handed,then ur left hand is use to spread the roti.your right hand is use to pick up the roti and ur left hand is use to spread the roti as gentle as u can.It is not throwing it instead like push them gently...

i used to 'tebar' roti canai when I was teenage. My mother prepared the dough. First time was hard, after trying many time it was successful. you made is almost perfect

I love roti pisang too 😋 may I suggest, next time try adding condensed milk along with your sliced banana before you fold it in, that way, when it's cooked, you get sweet gooey hot condensed milk+🍌 when u cut it apart to savour it! Oishiidesu! Ugly looking roti is fine, so long tastes good! Ganbateh!💪
