For the PB&J you should try spreading two thick seperate layers of jam and peanut butter on a silicone baking mat and freeze it super cold, then lay them between bread and fry it to see if it staves off the molten effect. Or go desert style and use peanut butter icecream and a berry compote

I have no idea what this channel is, I have no idea what these people do -is it a restaurant? just a youtube channel?- but this video was absolutely fantastic content. Wonderfully filmed, well edited, people who seemed to be having a great time doing something crazy while also knowing what they're doing, having other people taste the food, a ton of different things to try. Hands down one of the best videos I've seen.

@ChefSteps - fried cauliflower is quite popular in Slovakia. But you need to cook it first and than put in batter normally used for schnitzel - flour first, eggs and bread crumbs. Deep fry it. It's awesome with cooked potatoes and homemade tartar sauce.

You know, I was thinking about the deep fried steak... When I was 16, I worked at Dairy Queen and when I closed, I would often turn off the broiler early and start cleaning to get a head start. If someone came in at the last minute and ordered a burger, I would just deep fry it. The customers never noticed and my co-workers thought it was disgusting but I see now that I was just ahead of my time!

No surprise that the marshmallow disappeared, after all, it's just fluffed up sugar and gelatin. At Easter we make resurrection rolls for the kids by wrapping a large marshmallow in dough and baking it. When you pull them out of the oven, the dough is hollow, and the marshmallow is gone, reminding us of the empty tomb. It's a great little treat and object lesson in one. Sprinkle some cinnamon on the top, and it's perfect.

Buy Pilsbury Cinnamon Rolls. Open dan. Try not to scream when it pops. Separate out the rolls. Sprinkle on ground up bacon. Put in deep frier until they are done. Pour on icing, which is a bunch of confectioners sugar (powdered sugar) and a teensy bit of milk, and then top with more bacon bits.

Hey ChefSteps, try freezing the PB&J first to stop it from freezing! I used to freeze a PB&J, then crank the heat on my crappy little toaster oven to "10," waited for it to get piping hot inside, and quickly throw in the PB&J brick. 10x better than regular PB&J on toast, because if you time it right, the peanut butter is frozen, but the toast is crispy and warm. I'd like to see how it would be deep fried!
