    Thank you so much for mentioning this. (a male friend) He was the first that I've known. To acknowledged the fact he had Manopause. He would have hot flashes and very similar symptoms as women having menopause. He would occasionally mentioned it to some of his male friends and they would Refuse to believe that something like this could ever happen to them. No such thing as manopause in men (denial)
    And from a lack of information.😐

      @sushimamba4281 Před 3 lety +1

      As someone who has had several diagnoses of vertigo (BPPV, and vestibular neuritis) and a difficult experience with it at the time, it's important to be correctly diagnosed in the first place. My experience was that many general practice doctors have minimal training in this area and therefore misdiagnose the problem in the first place. It's a complex area. There are many causes of vertigo which can be broadly categorised into: central (to do with the brain), and peripheral (to do with inner ear). Some balance disorders are easily treated if diagnosed correctly and some disorders are not so easily treated. Certainly nutrition plays a part, but correct diagnosis by a specialist in the first place is often key to having a good health outcome.
      If your mother happens to suffer from positional vertigo (dizziness is triggered by laying down, or changing head position) please see your doctor for a diagnosis and a referral to a vestibular rehabilitation specialist, or a vestibular physiotherapist. I had this disorder and the specialist helped me greatly - I was 95% cured of the symptoms.

Make a video telling us where we can get ALL of the recommended supplements within a food! Continue to have that mind set when you create products. Provide more supplements like this too! That makes this all simple. Which it truly is. It's brilliant yet simple! Nature and genius, yet always simple, and makes perfect sense.

      Korean Panax Ginseng is a great one for libido and I use it when I'm not feeling up to par with my girlfriend. A simple pill, take as directed. Depends on what reason you're using the Ginseng for, because there are A LOT of diff ginsengs and they all do amazing stuff.

      @@meagiesmuse2334 Well let's hope Paul doesn't. Interestingly enough I've been googling your claim and while true there is some controversy to it. For example, "Previous studies on Panax ginseng have confirmed its effect on regulating blood pressure [15]. Interestingly, Panax ginseng at low-doses can elevate blood pressure, while high-dose Panax ginseng has hypotensive effect in healthy subjects [17-19]" -- The human body so fascinating.

      @@dantemingione779 - I based what I said on just my experiences, so the sample is low. When studying to be an ND, I was taught that the ginsengs are all more or less adaptogens, ie. they can lower or raise blood pressure as needed. IME though, they always raise it, and indeed, the Balch and Balch Naturopathic "Bible" does cite this rise in BP at least a dozen times. I'm not saying people shouldn't try it, just that they should monitor blood pressure while doing it. I've seen dangerous rises in BP occurring after about 10 days, even with Siberian ginseng, which is commonly thought to not produce a rise in BP. I agree, the human body is truly fascinating and we're all different!

I follow just about all of Dr. Berg's recommendations and it seems to work for me. I've lost 30 pounds, lowered my triglycerides, raised my HDL and Vitamin D levels, and have more energy. The only problem I have is elevated BP, not sure what the cause is but I'm working on it.
