I really do love bean curd skin rolls, it's one of my favorite Asian ingredients. It soaks up any sauce and the texture is fantastic. I have some potsticker wraps in my fridge so I'll be attempting the 2nd recipe this week. Last night I made banana, mini dark chocolate chips and crushed walnut dessert gyoza. Time for a healthy dumpling recipe. Thanks Wil!

I ran low on maple syrup and replaced it with molasses for a change. It’s much different but a welcome switch. It has a more rustic and toasty flavor which adds a fresh twist to familiar dishes.

I absolutely love your recipes! I always wonder why do people use fork to smash anything tho 😄Smashing tofu is so much easier with hands and chickpeas or avocado - with a potato masher since its bigger.

Those are easy! My body does not respond well to tofu or soy products. I use Pumfu instead; it is not as firm as the firm tofu so care is required when the recipe calls to sautee/toast, etc.
Question.... Can we add more broccolini instead of bell pepper (by 1/2)¿...? Also, substitute corn kernels with baby corn¿...?
