This was perfect timing - I am surprising my husband with a cruise next month and this is the same category of room we have. The storage tips are great, and appreciate the view of the washroom/shower and balcony! Thanks for posting - I'm so excited!!
Thanks so much for such an informative & interesting review of your stateroom on Celebrity Reflection. I have been comparing Cruise lines in preparation for two cruises this year. I am a novice cruiser & had narrowed my choices to MSC Divina (my first choice), RC Allure of the Seas, & Celebrity Reflection. I am now sold on Reflection for my second cruise. Thanks again! Wow that was thorough! Holy smokes you guys are organized. That's a lot of shoes for one week!! I just got off the Ruby Princess, and while it was very nice, it's nothing compared to this ship. Very, very impressive.
I was just aboard Reflection and they had the most amazing collection of Thomas Kinkaide artwork. I regret not purchasing one for my home. All in all a beautiful cruise to the Southern Caribbean.

Hi! Just love your video. Super great job and also thanks for your storage tips. WONDERFUL Ideas! I do have but one small correction, on the position of your stateroom #8338. The location is not on the Port (Left) side, but the Starboard (Right) side. I say this because our future "Reflection" stateroom #1210 on deck 10, is on the Starboard side. The Starboard side staterooms...so much nicer, we think. Thanks again jm10580 and Happy Sailing! Cheers!
I loved this awesome video about the room! We are sailing on the reflection in 5 days! I Just to mention a little thing.. I would have appreciated a little more detail about the power supplies! But thank you :)
I did enjoy the review, and loved it. I have been on the Equinox, and Eclipse, you can not tell the difference, but with todays changes. there are just a few. With the state rooms, the biggest complaint, was Cost cuts. they did away with the Dimmer switch when you walk in, there are still the two switches over the bed. but no longer to din your whole lighting? My layout was the sofa by the balcony. I prefer the bed by the balcony better. We also noticed you can pull out the Sofa, and above drop the ceiling as a bed. Our room, **90 I believe was very Noisy, and throughout the whole ship creaking all over. We Sailed probably the same route you had Old San Juan, St Thomas, St Maartin. Loved St martin. three times there, lol. If there was something I would change of the stateroom, be exactly the glass doors Otherwise. I do thank you for all the tips.we are lucky, everything works well for us, how we pack and put out. Some of the thoughts I placed down. Loved to say water was $5.00 due to no pricing found, and overlooked the book lol, but the candy was quite clear $5.00 per. 1. each snack as $5.00 per, I did not see the water on the list , lol. 2.Chocolates are no longer , cut out, due to newer contract. 3. if we did not ask for ice, we did not get ice, we asked once, it was there each day. 4. Spree if I knew, I would have taken it to read, thanks. 5. Ship is quite noisy and worse than the Equinox, and Eclipse, those two are much quieter,and smoother. 6. we had a room that was simular to that and I could not agree more. 7. the Bathroom, no longer glass doors. makes it look like they cut out the elegant look I am sure concierge will have the same pkg deal same shower head etc...
This is JW, cruiseguys2009, and some updates. Chocolates on your pillow will return in April, 2015. Ice is an option now, when we sailing on The Equinox earlier this year, on the first day, when we met our Cabin Attendant, we asked for ice in our ice chest and we were accommodated each day and also got an ice bucket as well. On The Equinox, the drawer space on Equinox has four drawers in the desk unit, and the glass shower doors still are in the bathroom. This stateroom is 8334 on the Equinox. The amenities have been changed to a new brand, but are just as nice. The new Spree is even better than ever, ask for it if the previous guest has taken it and it has not been replaced in your cabin. We take four cubes each now when we travel on Celebrity plus our smaller cubes for the nightstands. There is also a late night candy mix that is on the counter when you arrive, that if I were to delve into late at night after carousing, I will pay for it in more ways than one Tempting as it is.......wait to get off in port and buy your own! Since this video has been made, we have been on The Equinox twice and going on the Equinox once again this April, 2015. See you all on the High Seas!
