It feels fitting that Arno is the fastest in an urban setting when you consider that two centuries later, parkour would be created in Paris. The French are clearly just naturally skilled at clambering over buildings.

I think Ezio with his hook blade would be the fastest, but considering zip lines in Syndicate is also a tool and way faster than everything else, tools and magic shouldn't be part of the equation. Arno takes the win here; he can jump the furthest and highest over all the others.
gotta be altair. brother never took a scar in a battlefield or in any encounter. we are talking about the medieval era battles where swords, axes, spears all amounted to a litteral pool of blood and bodies. ik ubisoft said the animus couldnt register basims movements but thats bullshit. mark my words, they will retcon it in ubisoft fashion
When playing it fells like Ezio is the fastest. Especially in Revelations with the hook blade. Although I have only played up to Rogue so far. I imagine the descending mechanics added in Unity make Arno’s speed in an urban setting hard to beat.

Basim runs like he has an arrow in his leg. He's a little more agile than Eivor, but that's it. The teleportation powers is some bullshit too.

That’s less about speed and more about his skill with the sword. You don’t need speed when it comes to fighting with a blade
