At 2:00, Mini Bowling actually Exists! It is called “Duckpin Bowling” and the balls are bright colored, weighing about 3-4lbs, they’re like little cannon balls! It’s super fun!

Challenge idea: both of you get the same shell of a house (outside walls but no inside walls, layout, roof yet). Then both of you INDIVIDUALLY do a build of the same house and at the end, you compare the two houses and see how similar or different they are. either that or an aquarium for whalebert.

I think the final part should be icecream or boba tea and roller skates. Like, you ride around with drinks and there is little fair games and ice cream. Fits the retro 50's vibe too since roller skating and bowling were both popular in the 50's along with the aesthetics you two have put into every other build! You both are awesome btw

they do need a drink to add to the place... alternateively i wouldn't be mad at a milkshake roller rink either but i think a rink would be good for a drink option since they are like. round. like the inside of a cup :) but since the cups going to be tall maybe an arcade in an upper level too? because tons of roller rinks have arcades as well

*I have an idea: So you have said the reason you dont want to do "Designing the same house separately" is because you dont want to compete/be compared but you could do it like this. You get the same house and decorate it trying to match what the other person is doing. You could give 1 word clues like "blue" for each room. then you both try to get as close as you can to the other person's build*
You guys should totally make the last build a multi-story circular drink cup, like the ones that you refill, with a platform at the top as ther lid. You could make it like a smoothie or soft drink place!

These builds remind me of my childhood and I LOVE them! Specifically they remind me of the grocery store down the hill from my childhood home--it was built to look like little glass-paned kitchen cabinet with a fountain that looked like a shallow pasta bowl with a pot pouring water into it out front. It blew my mind as a kid! I lowkey hope some buildings bring the "building matches the business" decor theme back because I miss it. :') Maybe you'll inspire some architects to bring whimsy back into commercial buildings!

For the last plot it could possibly be either a coffee shop that looks like a cup of coffee or a bar that looks like a bottle.

I have a thought! You could make like, a cheese wheel. Just listen! And it has the classic one slice taken out and inside is like a farm that raises the cows that provide milk for the stack and cakery and the cheese for the pizza place! Whatever you guys do though will for sure be amazing

Itd be cool to see a building that looks like a potted house plant! Like maybe the owner has a greenhouse to grow them and then sells plants and herbs? They could also live there and I imagine them to be a bit witchy using the different herbs for potions ✨

At 13:56: adding those bowling pins definitely makes sense xD i work at a bowling alley, and everytime one of the pins at the lanes break, it just gets added to the decor. Pins everywhere! We even give them away to people sometimes when theres too many

I think, since you’ve got a breakfast place (pancakes) a dessert place (cake) and a dinner and entertainment place (pizza bowling) the fourth and final one should be like a brunch/lunch place for going for a coffee and sandwitch and it could look like a big coffee cup or a big triangle sandwich 🥪. I love your guys builds so much!
Idea for a drink for the food court. A bar/ nightclub sort of place in the shape of one of the drinks you can make in game.

Some sort of drink place would be fun! Maybe with a bookshop vibe? Either something refreshing like smoothies, or cozy like hot cocoa. If it were boba themed you could use circular ottomans to represent boba inside! There are many options if you choose to do a drink theme! 😄
I think I remember seeing this idea in the comments way back at the pancake video - sooo happy you guys brought this series back!! This type of cozy sims content is perfect for fall!

the visuals being a burger shack on a island where it of course comes with a beverage as well! the vibe all things summer/beachy to sand volleyball, an iconic party dj setup, small carnival inspired games such as fishing for ducks, balloon darts, or bumper carts on water? etc. with of course your twist and sprinkles to it! the beverage building could be an inspiration of a light tower/dining tower? (sort of like those restaurants where you eat at the the highest floor and the walls are glass walls)? i hope you see the vision lol! as of cuteness and clutter vinyl decor/display, items turned into burger ingredients, pool floats, spots that look touched? i love how it makes the vibes feel more natural, and cute! also maybe an outdoor custom fries bar? a group of cute parked motorcycles (lil biker clique moment) maybe even a outdoor fire pit seating?

Last lot idea!! A coffee shop that looks like an espresso machine! And if it needs something else like pizza and bowling, some things I think would work with coffee are a book shop, crafting shop, or record/music shop.
An 80s theme skating ring would be rlly cool! Maybe with an ice cream sundae, or even a movie theater with popcorn

oh my god, genuinely I'm having a really hard time right now (medical stuff, mental stuff, friend stuff, existential stuff), and most days are so miserable.

For the last plot in Food Court you should make a smoothie bar and the building can be a smoothie cup!! Been loving the Food Court builds!
Challenge idea: the last lot in the food court is an indoor roller-skating place, and for the food it's a soda bottle because soda goes with all the other foods in the food court. 🛼🛼🥤🥤
