Seadoo Jet Pump Lip Seal Removal Tool

People have asked what I use to remove the lip seal on the Seadoo Jet pumps. I just took a piece of brass, any metal will do and I ground a relief in the end but left enough material so that it would withstand some small impacts VIA a 12 ounce ball pein hammer. Gently as with everything. The relieved area allows the tool to slide behind the lip seal without contacting the bearing. Some are easier than others but it always works for me and I've done a lot of these. I don't buy tools unless I need them.
