I played in "Ultra Liftmare" difficulty doing my calisthenics training for a while some time ago. Woke up at 5:40am and went to train in the dark and cold with an empty stomach, and having school almost right after.

Endure the pain, and RISE ABOVE. I'm physically disabled too, though, not from War. I was BORN physically disabled, though, I can STILL walk, and even run. I'm 29, and I plan on living for a LONG time.
I'm disabled from Cancer and haven't been able to move my arm in over a decade (29 M) And I exclusively workout my left arm, it's jacked, and my right arm is a fragile noodle.

@@Sneeezzyy My boy. I prefer to workout one muscle group at a time. Legs/chest/arms etc. It allows me to fully push myself to failure multiple times maximizing my gains. Only been working out for a year with weights and a couple of months with body weight and I can now curl 50 pounds (one arm) at least 3 times. Helluva start considering I was doing 15 pounds on October 5th of last year.

Good shit man. I was gonna skip today. I was gonna be a b*tch, but then I said "What if I keep going?" My calves are sore. My hamstrings hurt. But I didn't care. I am not the most athletic or best endurance with running but I still ran 3/4 of a mile despite the burning pain in my legs. 18 y/o and I'm trying to change my mindset. Trying to become the baddest motherf*cker on this Earth. I'm turning my idols in rivals.
I've been thinking of using this for a brisk walking session which I generally hate as I'm more into running and weight training... Let's see how it goes đ

This mix is really really good. Most other workout mixes stick to the same, albeit classic and well-known by now, songs and have no variety. Your mixing in of less-known tracks is awesome and makes this my favourite mix thus far. Great job, keep it up!
Thank you, basically I am cutting the chill and ambient parts from songs, and keep only the aggressive ones, and I end up using as many different songs as I can otherwise the playlists will come out short, sometimes I repeat songs to make the playlist a bit longer
