Actually its possible to do a world conquest as 1939 France there are 2 ways of doing it 1. Capitulate select Vichy-France you are Fascist nothing more in your way of doing a world conquest 2. Capitulate select Free France After completing the Focus that gives you the old Focus Tree back your complete Focus Tree will be resetted so you can do the Monarchist, Fascist or Communist Focus Branch
