- Sri Lanka, Colombo. I tried Sri Lanka's best cheese kottu with my friend Luke Damant!
I went to the famous Sri Lanka Hotel to try their best cheese kottu after many of the locals recommended it as the best place to try it!
They were not wrong!
The cheese kottu was amazing! As soon as I walked in and smelt it, I knew I was in for a treat. So I couldn't go with one cheese kottu, I had to go for two!
The beef cheese kottu was amazing! With great species, a salad and a nice soft texture. The chicken cheese kottu...well...that was just simply unbeatable! It was so so so so good!
We went on a hunt for treasures and I ended up getting some underwear, flip flops, a necklace chain and a spooderman
If you are in the area, I highly recommend you try the cheese kottu in the Lanka Hotel:

My guy! Love that you went with the recommendation. You have to try and find one of the food tuk tuks (you'll hear these from a mile away cos they play a tune you'll never forget) and try our short eats. Rolls, Fish Buns, Sausage Buns, Pattis, Pastries etc

You should visit kandy the temple of the tooth (more like a big palace than a temple). If you want to see the beaches you should go to nilaweli,you could also visit Adam's peek you should take the route from Hatton if you want to do that.
