Hey I just figured it out. It will not turn on unless the top is completely closed. Once I did that it worked.

Yes, This is our protective design, you have to close the hopper cover before the motor will run.

Mine will not come apart the bottom is stuck on I have pressed the rev button

May I help you? Before removing, you need to reverse the work first, it will be easy to take off.
