He’s a true legend. There are few singers who can sing and dance without lip syncing. He had this gift of putting all his emotions into his singing and transmit them to his listeners. At times the man doesn’t even need a microphone. That’s how powerful his vocals were. Juan Gabriel wrote 1800 songs. React to Abrazame Muy Fuerte live from el Palacio de Bellas Artes. I don’t know if you all reacted to Amor Eterno. He wrote it after his mother died. It has become the mourning song. When Kobe Bryant died, mariachis went to the Staple Center and sang this song for Kobe and his daughter.

I know Luis Miguel is among one of the best Mexican singers. Arguably the best. I just personally love Juan Gabriel more. His songs are so moving. Abrazame Muy Fuerte touched profoundly last year. I spent my holidays in the ICU on a ventilator due to covid. When I was able to go home, it was so important to hug my family tight. I was lucky that I was able to come home. I have lung, heart and liver damage because of covid. I don’t take my gift for granted so I hold tight on my love ones. I wish you great health. Happy holidays.
@@leticiagarcia9025 Juan Gabriel is up there. He's definitely a more complete artist. Luis Miguel just sings but his charisma is very appealing. Even at his old age he's still a magnet. JuanGa did it all: produced, arranged, composed & sang. Both are great. Will be very hard for someone to accomplish & surpass them. They're are still selling well. I got Covid too. I have similar problems than you. Not even my super athletic body saved me.

There will never be anyone quite like Juan Gabriel. He was the total package. I love Luis Miguel’s vocals, musicality and charisma. His concerts were also magical. You’re right when you say that it will be very hard for someone to surpass them. I wish you great health.
@@evilwayz1464 Luis Miguel, José José, Cristian Castro, Alberto Vázquez, etc etc grandes voces pero ninguno como Juan Gabriel, el no solo era la voz, las canciones o el tipo, era la música, el show, la entrega total sin medida, sin Tiempo, espectacular en todo los sentidos... Y eso lo hace EL MEJOR.
Yo los fuí a ver a todos y solo él conquistó al más metalero (rock) al más exigente y presuntuoso ( italiano) , a la señora, al señor, a las niñas y a los viejitos. SIN DUDA EL MEJOR

He was poor grew up in orphanage and I heard that he would be bed bound for a few days after each concert 🎵 becaause of all pain in his soul

That's how is judge; by sells & topping the charts, not by personal liked. Outside of Mexico Alfredo Gimenez & his music was non existent almost.
