do you bring food on the plane or with you when you travel?
Hi Jenny, love your videos. I am a former Emirates Airlines flight attendant based in Dubai. I recently moved back to the US and was offered a position with United and Hawaiian. the idea of having Hawaii as a base sounds amazing after living in Dubai for so long. However, United has more destinations but they said I would be on reserve 8 to 10 years! I don't think I can handle that long of reserve. With Emirates we were only on reserve one month out the the year which was great. I'm not sure if you work for United but if you do, could you offer some insight on the company and how you are liking it? Thanks!

Love your videos! I flew years ago & trying to get back in it at the moment. My question is about your meals. How do you keep everything fresh when you are on trips? Are the meals just for the 1st day? I get the oatmeal, but the salads, pasta, etc... How do you do that?

I have a couple ice packs for traveling with, and I also bring along one those ice bags that are typically used for fevers because I can refill that with ice from the plane. Most hotels we stay in either have a refrigerator in the room or will allow us to store our lunch box in their office fridge. I bring meals for the majority of the trip, but if it's a good layover, I assume I'll end up eating out.

Do you get the pre packed chicken at Harris Teeter or is it sliced right when you ask for? I'm asking because I never go to HT for meat and I thought it's so inexpensive that I'd like to to try it.
I go to the butcher counter and get the $1.99/lb chicken breast (it's $1.99 if you're a vic card holder). I don't get it pre-cut or anything because I like to trim the fat off and cook them whole :)

An apartment tour or home decor haul would be great. I love watching those :-) Don't pay attention to negative comments - no matter what you do or don't do, there will always be someone leaving a negative comment.

I stick with iMovie for now, but once I can afford it I'll be switching to Final Cut or Adobe
Jenny Ernst final cut express, if they still sell it, is very affordable and had a lot of features.
I can't imagine organizing a move AND vlogging it but I think that it would be interesting to see that and a new apartment tour if you're willing and able. =)

Yes, we paid a minimum guarantee hours each month - if fly less than our guarantee, we still get paid that, if we fly more, we get paid the guarantee plus whatever extra we flew

You have a great boyfriend I know Keith my dad drives the bus for the spinners and I travel with them. I have known Keith since 2014 and traveled with him. I was the one that hugged him that day you were at the spinners game. I was going to say hi to you but I forgot. Are you going to be at any more spinner games!?

+Jacob Ohonich that's just not possible with my schedule. It can anywhere from just 30 minutes to three or four HOURS to edit a vlog. Plus it also takes a couple hours for it upload.

I do not, I stick to the weight room and will throw in cardio when I'm cutting, but my boyfriend is a crossfit trainer; he does a mixture of crossfit WODs and Olympic lifting.

Are you able to use your jump seat privileges when not working or is it a ZED fare?
