I'm looking forward to hearing this at the Stradbroke Chamber Music Festival (on North Stradbroke Island, Moreton Bay, Queensland, Australia) on Sunday afternoon. Irit Silver, clarinet and Therese Milanovic, piano. (29.7.2018)

Beyond a certain speed "music" ceases to be music and becomes just notes.

      According to whom?
Edit: Changed "who" to "whom" after some feedback from a rather 'distinguished' gentleman.

@@hookyhook6006 According to my own opinion, based on 64+ years as a clarinetist, much of it as a professional. And it's "whom," not "who."

So self-indulgent. Almost a parody. Really makes me think less of Ottensamer. Kinda wish I hadn't watched this.

I really enjoyed this interpretation. Bernstein himself was a very passionate musician.

This video is Literally amazing and he is a Perfect Clarinetist. And he is not self-indulgent. Did you ever meet with him?? I did, and I can say he is so Wonderful person. He is so Kind, Talkative and Funny person. And absolutely İncredible musician.I am a woodwind player either. And I easily can say he is a Perfect Musician..And This comment is sucks..Literally ''SUCKS'' I really wonder why did 7 people like that damn comment. When I read that, I used google Translate because I could not believe in my eyes.I really disliked that comment.

Btw He doesn't give a f*ck about your comment. He is still principal Clarinetist in BerlinPhil and İf you are a Musician you will never be like him hahaha This is the best side. You will always write for him but he will never write for you.

@@happysunrise6580 I know this music. You obviously don't. He does and treats it disrespectfully. BTW, 7 people so far read my comment and understood it. It's ok if you like his performance, just know he makes a mockery of the actual composition. It's painful to see a great player do this. That's all.
