I never use the entire sauce or flavoring packets that comes with any frozen or noodle products. I am not a fan of salt and would usually use half of what is provided. I try not to buy too many frozen food items; I prefer to buy fresh (especially veggies) because I think it's better in terms of taste and nutrition.

Yea it’s too salty if whole seasoning pack! So the processed veggies or frozen veggies usually loses its vitamin c content. But usually don’t lose too much on other nutrients~
