Yes we do .. Tampa in seven … we just learned the leafs still don’t have killer instinct the leafs won’t start on time Saturday and they will lay an egg ….put money on it history does not lie…but I swear when we lose management better get bounced or it will be more of the same next year

Nick Paul was about to score another goal on the maple leafs and the maple leafs guy pushed him into his only goalie and hurt him so TBL wouldn't score. Dirty man.
As a Sabres fan since 1970 it begs the question...would I take Leaf fans 6 straight first round exit's? Or the Sabres not even so much as a sniff of the tourney for 11 straight years 🤔 it really is kinda of a tough call but I'd take the Leafs situation because it meant they were winning a lot more then losing which made the winters more tolerable...
I’m hopeful the Sabres can turn things around with their abundance of promising prospects. The Buffalo-Toronto rivalry is always fun to watch, but has so much more meaning when both teams are competitive. I’m expecting a bright future for Buffalo.
As for the Leafs, it’s tough. But this is a solid team… they’ve just got to get past their struggles.
@@mapleleafsmedia I couldn't agree more and maybe it's just me but I still can't wrap my head around two teams from Florida and one from Carolina while the Sabres, Habs, Sens and now the Leafs are spectators! The Leafs will be back too loaded not to, the Sabres FINALLY look like they have a clue and the Sens have the young core pieces to build and Montreal was just in the finals last year and with the draft in their building and picking first will certainly jump start where they need to go, but my advice to Leafs fans is besides please let us have a home game in our own building when you visit here 😆 is keep your head high and know you'll be just fine...and if you like to take your mind off pucks for awhile then please jump on what is some fun times ahead and enjoy what we got going here for some great football ahead! #BillsMafia
Joe Borowiec i’m a ranger fan but watching the Sabres this year was a blast. Tage is the most underrated player in the league in my opinion. I think if they get a few more pieces, they can nab a wild card spot, especially with how some notable playoff teams from the east are getting weaker.
@@mrm6923 thanx for that... yeah they're definitely loaded with young skilled talent now to figure out the long-term goalie they have some really good prospects but goalies take time...as far as the Rangers you got a real winner at GM, Chris Drury is revered here in Buffalo and he's got that team ahead of schedule they'll definitely be the team to watch next year...

No excuses, good game leafs....but the refs, some dreadful calls...and the NHL does nothing about this every year...pathetic. Get rid of the extra useless pylon (ref) on the ice...the worst thing the NHL did after the last strike, was to ad an extra ref...this just makes things worse, costs us more...they get in the way all the time, make fake calls on regular basis, miss calls right in front of them...they are affecting the outcome of the game, not cool at all...they simply are not present many, many times each game,... some should not be refs at all, should be fired, just dreadful...this has gone on long enough...they are ruining a great game...i hate to break the news to you refs, but the game is not about you...wake up, stay out of the way and do your job with consistency, every game...stop it with the phantom calls...wow....pay attention,... use the replay instead of making it up....wow...you get paid to do a job, do it right...be present!!!

Man you can't blame the refs. No one told Kerfoot to give the puck away on the first goal and then get aggressive for no reason on the pk and high stick Hedman in the corner to put them 2 men down. It's the mental mistakes that keep killing the Leafs every year.
@@jamesharris321 so when matthews was held in overtime, that wasn't a penalty ? Based on your statement, it is very obvious u didnt watch much of the game
bad call or not, you have to be on them as the PK and not give any team any room. Shorthanded the Leafs are a nightmare and have scored better on the PK 5v4 or 4v4 than you'd expect. High sticking Hedman could have been avoided.
@@irfanjeyavudeen4946 So a PP in OT, cool, and when you'd get to Boston all you'd hear is, you beat Tampa in OT on a PP and not 5 on 5 Though we all know the way games go when Leafs play Boston, Leafs had a chance to be up 3-1 with a game 5 elimination game on home ice, but instead went home with the 2-2 split, game 6 to close them out on their own ice, and didn't. I've heard multiple Leaf fans saying, "wait the captain scored, wait he's skating tonight?" about their own Captain? ouch. The media after Cambell got pulled, they sounded like they already tarred a feathered them and that was Game 4
