I think your new set up is great. And the sound is fine to. I like that you can see it, when you are laying the cards on table. Thank you for this reading! It totally resonates! There is an echo that happens in rooms like yours with a lot of space/tall ceilings. If you don't have a lot of sound dampening items like fabrics, upholstery, pillows, curtains, etc. you will hear an echo-like sound...your voice gets a little lost and the volume is quiet.
