Judy's nasty wig! (came off at one point) Raquel's hair straight and lucious. Raquel broke her wrist learning to skate, so Judy had to wear a brace as well. Judy's skates had a 45° angle plate. Raquel's skate had a dance bar. I used to skate derby and I really think that this movie killed Roller Derby. If I could do it all over again....I would! R.I.P. The skater who interfered at the end of the match race, is an actual skater named Betty Brown (#25).
It was so obvious. Whenever she skated with her head down so her hair covered her face it was Judy plus Judy had a bigger build than Raquel.
