I live next door but work in Surprise and Omg the traffic has gotten so bad. I had to go near 303 and Grand and it was a horrible nightmare. My work place is a perfect sample of Surprise residents: we have a lot of families and a lot of seniors. Sometimes it works but most of the time they clash. Older people don’t like the noisy kids and younger people get annoyed with the slower snow birds
