#8, I lived in Aurora, CO for high school and other parts of my life. I can say, the health care there is f*cked I have been diagnosed as different things before I hit close to this time.. The fact his psych/therapist didn't report his obsessional desire to do this is the biggest crime Therapist are required to alert police for any possibly true harm to the patient or to other by the patient if it's that severe. I know due to my own Colorado health care The Aurora Theater Massacer could have been prevented, if she had handed over the material she had before it happened.

      It's even worse if it's a teenager.
This is gonna be a long story and it's gonna involve alot of scary shit, mind that this all happened to me about 2 years ago.
So, there was this one guy that I met in the mental health institution (I'm not a psycho, I just have bad problems with self worth and SH) and somehow, he was infatuated with me (I will not say "in love", he was crazy about me yes, but that's far from love) and he already did alarming shit then, finding out my address and telling me he'll espace and visit me if I leave, making me little boxes with fucking hair in it, staring at me in the middle of the night and once he, somehow only using the little plastic thing in the FFP2 masks, carved my name into his lower arm.
He was absolutely horrifying back them, but holy shit, it only got worse because I have a boyfriend, and once he found out about that, he became an absolute sicko, pulling my hair when I walked by him and screaming in my face until the workers had to physically hold him down and give him "Bedarf" which is calming medication in a syringe, even sometimes string him to the bed because of the crazy shit he did which I can't fucking say right now.
But one thing that really messed me up was that he always said one specific thing "Ich fackel dein scheiß Zimmer ab wenn du schläfst." Which means "I'll burn your goddamn room down when you're asleep.", now, he was already crazy so you'd think it's just another empty threat, but the way he looked at me when he first said that sent chills down my spine - I was horrified of him and he knew.
He kept saying exactly that, he'd burn me in my sleep, over and over and over again, and I was scared shitless. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating and panting because the dreams felt so realistic, but the PEDs and therapists only told me to stop worrying because they have cameras everywhere so he couldn't get a lighter, matches or anything that can make fire in there, but I was still scared.
And I had a good reason, because for some reason, none of them knew that there was one small blind spot right at the corner where the two fences meet, the cameras couldn't see there and he found out, as psycho as he is he still apparently had friends that were half as bad, and one of these friends managed to come visit him at that blind spot.
Now, you're probably wondering how I know that, because if I knew back then then I'd obviously told the therapists and PEDs, but I found out the day after, because the day he met up with his friend at the spot, I finally convinced the PEDs to search us, I was scared of him since I got there and he'd been threatening me for weeks now, but also because that day I woke up with writing's all over my wall, over my bed, next to my pillow, my wardrobe, everywhere, "You will burn." "Rot in hell cunt(schlampe)." "I'll burn you, bitch." So, they finally gave in and searched our stuff.
He came back from the meeting with his friend right while we were already getting searched (one room at a time), he sat down on the other edge of the table and stared at me, like he always did, since he wasn't allowed next to me anymore.
When it was finally his turn, he didn't even try to resist anymore, he calmly stood up and emptied his pockets on the fucking table (we normally always get the personal search somewhere in a private room because we obviously had to undress), out of his pockets fell two boxes of red lighters and one yellow 99ct lighter from the gas station, he smiled at me while they put the things in the bags and dragged him into the private search room, I couldn't move, I was straight up terrified.
They searched his room and found an additional five of these plastic things from the masks and almost ten whole pages with only my name on them.
Needless to say, I hope I'll never see him again and he'll rot there forever.

I guess the ghost train fire was set by teenage kids whose parents had money and influence or even sons of police officers were involved... people don't get away with arson like this without money behind them ... it seems the police decided it was better to brush this under the carpet within 24 hrs of the fire .... I'm hoping that after all these years the witnesses in the documentary will help bring the criminals to justice and they remain safe.....need new eyes and someone with no local ties to get this one solved ..

Rich kids didn’t do those sorts of crimes back then though. Don’t you recall how lazy the police were? They hated investigations so it was blamed on electrical faults.

I really like this channel and I think that the announcer does a great job! That being said, I am surprised that he can pronounce the (common french name) Pierre, but he is unable to correctly pronounce the common German name Jager. This might help: Jagermeister. I first noticed this when I heard him (on a different segment) pronouncing the name Yves without keeping the s silent. It's spelled that way, but it is pronounced "Eve". I'm sure it sounds like I'm nitpicking, but he said that he reads these comments... By the way, I neither speak French nor German, myself.

In the one about Margie disappearing with her bf, I think he meant to say authorities weren’t so quick to assume her disappearance was INvoluntary, in contrast to her family thinking she was kidnapped. He said th it didn’t believe it was voluntary which is the same as what her family is saying. Changes the whole meaning 🧐

The Luna Park Fire might have been lit for insurance purposes because the organised crime associated wanted to build on the site. NSW police were notoriously corrupt and were told not to investigate. There are now calls to have a proper criminal investigation/royal commission (grand jury). Allegations go all the way to the top of the NSW government which involves the Premier (Governor) at the time.
