  • As both the composer and singer of his signature V’zakeini song, Baruch Levine has been said to have literally raised the “bar” of Jewish music. His best-selling albums reflect his diversity of talents as a composer, arranger, and great singer. It is no wonder that it is said about him “Baruch has proven that Jewish Music today can still be meaningful, heartfelt, and yet refreshingly interesting.”
Baruch was raised in Toronto, Canada where he composed his first published song at the young age of 13. He has released over 10 musical albums, and most recently 2 volumes of the “Off the Record” nostalgia series which was widely received with great acclaim.
His audience spans the globe and Baruch has performed at world class venues in the UK, France, Israel, USA, Africa, and Canada. In January 2021 Baruch performed at the MetLife stadium in New Jersey where he graced a crowd of ninety thousand plus at the 13th Siyum Hashas.
He currently resides in Waterbury Connecticut along with his family and is also a Rebbe at the Yeshiva K’tana of Waterbury.

I went to Camp Rayim when I was little. I was taking ADD meds and was super insecure about it. Baruch Levine was head counselor ( or something?) and was in charge of giving me those meds. He was super discreet about it and very sensitive overall.
Fifteen years later... def won't forget.
    Just a great person❤

I am not Jewish, I am a Christian and come from Germany. I became aware of Baruch on CZcams after October 7, 2023. I was shown the song with him and Benny Friedmann. I was immediately impressed by his special voice and his friendly charisma. Since then, I have found so much comfort and refuge in his wonderful music in these dark times. I pray for Israel, for all Jews and for all people who support Jews and Israel and its people. May Hashem protect my beloved people 🇮🇱❤️🇮🇱❤️🇮🇱❤️🇮🇱❤️🇮🇱❤️🙏🙏🙏

#Sweet! My favorite song of Burech is the song "The Next Godal Hador". Not sure who composed it, but it's a beautiful song. I actually created a song on this tune with different lyrics for my parents when I got married. Thanks so much for bringing down my favorite singer! I am so looking for a Touched by a Niggun #2 album.

This podcast was done quite differently than your other ones.
Sitting on the couch/sofa already gives a different vibe to what will be said; more laid back.
My CD/tape player broke years ago and I never replaced it...thus I never heard of Rebbe Baruch Levine before.
I am still of the generation of the Megama Duo, Diaspora Yeshiva music. I did also listen to Uncle Moishy up to the years of Shlock Rock music.
I've rarely gone to any concerts; party due to finances as well as Mt living in Eretz Yisroel since 1979.
All that being said, I found listening tothe two of u just schmoozing (I did not feel that this was a podcast but rather it was more like two men just talking)
This episode for me was very enjoyable; I only wish that u would have been able to talk longer!
I enjoy your talks more than your brother's however that is because his interviews are more 'dry' but they are necessary for those who live by dollars, and not the shekels, for couples trying to buy their homes, or people in debt - but not geared to those of us whom have already made Aliya and our lifestyle is very different than your brother's interviews; although the interview w Dave Ramsey was very candid/ honest and personable.
Blessings, love and prayers for all, from Israel 🇮🇱.
P.S. I personally feel that some of the podcasts are more geared towards men than women.
The podcast w the author of the book that addresses boys' puberty - for me it was/is just such an important and informative and necessary topic that I 'ignored' my inner difficulty in listening to it due to my own issues.
Being an older lady, I am well aware of the many risks of 'things' that have happened and do happen, that I am very glad that this topic has finally talked about in an open manner in the hopes that the observan religious Jewish people become more alert to home ans society.

He should stay true to yourself, i see a bit change when singing with s. Unger, i don’t care for that duet, the music there is not your lane. It’s a bit disappointing, abie rottenberg stayed true to himself, he’s still loved by all. Actually I like him this way, I wouldn’t buy his music if he changed and the same is with b.Levine. If you change too much I won’t want your music, cuz your style isn’t the wild, contemporary music, your genuine delicate voice and music is what inspires us. Your anavah inspires us the wild music goes in the wrong lane for us and for who you are
