VIVA TWO Day 2: Szentendre, Estergom Basilica, and Ruin Pubs in Budapest, Hungary

In the second video of our VIVA Cruises Danube River cruise series, we dine in VIVA's newest restaurant offering, Moments, for breakfast and then dock in Estergom, Hungary and head out on excursion to Szentendre. After a short walking tour through the historical town of Szentendre, we head back to Estergom to tour the largest church in Hungary, the Basilica. Back onboard, we check out VIVA's Bistro for a lovely seafood dinner with friends before arriving in Budapest for a pub crawl to the famous ruin pubs!

I know Viva is a German company so did the tour guides speak English?

Yes, all of the guides spoke English during excursions, and all the crew spoke German and English. However, we sailed with a large group of Americans and Canadians so there were two groups that went out every day when we were in port - a German-speaking group and an English-speaking group.
