Pretty expensive but I guess as Iceland is in the middle of nowhere it is going to be. My grandfather (from the UK) was stationed in Iceland during WW2. I would love to visit. Thanks for the tour.
It is expensive but lovely. It’s the kind of place where you just have to say it’s going to cost whatever it costs. I’ll worry about it later.

What do you do with your phones? Do you just bring them in the water and take pictures…do you hold them all the time or are there spots to put them down?
Do you mean for the Blue Lagoon? Yes, many people just hold there phones the whole time. There are only two locations in the lagoon that have tables where you can sit them and that’s by the bar and by the face mask station. We had a GoPro that can get wet and David just held his phone very carefully the whole time.

Even though it is expensive, we still want to visit some day. I want to try some of that special face cream at the lagoon 😆
We were surprised by the costs too! Iceland is the type of place that you really can't even worry about the money. We got to the point that we were going to pay whatever and just worry about it later.
@@LucasWorldTravel that is probably the way to go at a destination like Iceland...sometimes you gotta not worry about the budget and just do what you want to do :)

Yes indeed. We sold our house and are living off those savings. Plus, I have income from online English courses that I created.
