This reminds me of a "contemporary" 1980s build, but the home recently went to a plastic surgeon for a facelift and came out looking tighter and smoother, but still obviously aged.

This is a great home. The price is very good for Malibu. This is a town known for one of the most expensive properties, but this one is very good for what you get. Everything is plush and polished. Morrocan meets Tiki. The pool is superb. Stairways and entrances make it feel like a trip in Cabo. It's a half sized Will Smith mansion with the time-share feel to it. Now this is great California. One of the tops' shown here!
