The name of your book touched me. I was having a very anxious time in my life about 7 or 8 years ago, and couldn't stop stressing. In the midst of this I had my great "Aha" moment. A very audible voice said the words, "Just be." It changed my whole life.
Thanks for sharing this talk, Suresh and Silvia! It is very helpful for me at this time of my life to "surround myself" w/ those interested in such explorations of the "Being Human" experience. I have felt blessed to be w/ my partner, of nearly 19 years now; we share an interest in a body of work which gets into "consciousness studies" extensively, and speaks of the importance of dreams, reality creation, and inner experience. Before we met, I lived in Seattle, where I had been living for 30 years; the changes there were beginning to make me feel "psychically compressed". I went thru a lot of depression and anxiety, and eventually decided that "the next logical step" was to move where my partner lived, in a very small town in North Dakota. The freedom from this "compression" was wonderful, and I let go of worries of "how I was going to support myself" (a frequent question I got from family and friends/coworkers when I mentioned my desire to move), and lo and behold, it took care of itself! So, at age 44, I became a "corporate dropout" (I was not much good at "ladder climbing"/competition, anyway!), and lived happily on the Prairies, planting trees and fixing up houses. We've since moved to Ohio, still a smallish town (8300 folks), which is "big enough" for us (neither of us fancy living in a big city again in our remaining "life focus"). Like you, I have a tremendous interest in dreams, and follow a lot of NDE/STE accounts. There are challenges, but overall I feel very blessed. An important criterion for me when endeavoring to "do something" which might make money is that "it's gotta be FUN" (an example is jewelry-making, other art); I have to let go of the "I NEED to make money at this", which tends to ruin the "fun-factor" for me, and has led to disappointments. It's a terrific journey/opportunity to experience "life in physical-focus"! Thanks again for your channel and your dedication to these important subjects!

I bit more on topic response to Silvia's question about how to initiate others into a more spirit based consciousness, there is an easy to relate to example that is forwarded in the Bible (new testiment), somewhere. It simply talks about being the embodiment and example that attracts people to the spirit. At the point at which a person recognizes the pertinence or need for this better understanding, they are now ready to receive some spirit in their life. It makes them more fertile. It's like dating.
