Great vid, showing the difficulty of sand, and also showing quite an evident discrepancy in rider skills. Would be interesting to see same rider trying the various bikes.
Great to see all the big boys out together. Looks like Skill is the biggest difference between this lot :) Looks like a great day. Thanks for putting it up.
Really nice video, congrats to the camera man. I own the same 990 Black Edition and I am selling it to get a Super Tenere. I don´t think I would ever have the opportunity to put the bike in the same consitions, and as far as I could see the ST followed the group till the end, despite of being the heavier bike with the heavier pilot... For sure the best pilots in this crew were riding the smaller bikes... As well putted it would be nice to see them riding the big babies.
Awesome video guys! Nice way to see different bikes handling the same terrain. I'm sure the riders play a part of that, but still, some bikes just seemed like they had an easier time negotiating certain obstacles.
The Yamaha guy most needed momentum but seemed least likely to take advantage of it. I'm sure he's gotten better on the bike since then. Also, I hope this was private property because all that "improvisation" tends to shut down riding areas, especially by the Euro-weenies.
These big and powerful motorcycles are magnificent everywhere, except sand plus of a hill and in dirt mountain plus. They are very high and very heavy. Ryder with normal physical data and normal equipment of driving unable to operate them in such conditions.
Great video guys, thanks for the demonstration. I also noticed that the "heavier" motorcyclists were on the bulkier motorcycles and those pilots seemed to have less experience riding as well? It would have been nice to see the same motorcyclists operate each bike in each terrain type as well. Again, thanks for creating this video!!
bei xt sollte der richtige t- mode berücksichtigt werden - der fahrer war leider der schwächste in der rige - leider stellt dies die xt in ein unwürdiges bild
great vid but the guy on the ktm 990 must not know how to ride very well ... i own a ktm an i have done a lot harder riding then this with out a prob good luck an stop making these bikes look bad lol
If you ever tried building as much as a bicycle you'd know how difficult it is to build anything complex. Hence, you'd be more respectful to those that actually do build motorcycles like the Tenere. I fucking hate the neo-Greek mentality.
I dont speak your language, but I understood every second of this video!!!!

good to see mere mortals riding big bikes. It gives you more idea what they are like to ride.
Great video

"Это видео еще раз доказало что легкие эндуро конечно более проходимые!
Молодцы хлопцы! Браво!
That was excellent thanks for sharing this!
Great video guys, liked it.....guy on the Tenere needs to learn to stand on the pegs more, he'd have better control....
I've been watching too much Birch and Jarvis. It's nice to see riders at about the same skill level as myself.
Good sound on the KTMs
As expected the lightest bikes were the best
MC_Viking ... True, but, Full on paddle tires would make this interesting!
KTM 640, only true dual sports bike. Great vid.
Great video, good camera work :)
Momentum is your friend!
What a great pleace for fun like this!
I love my SE! :-)
Nice ride!
Love the 950se
Armoured Division !! to funny but true! In sand momentum is everything

good video!
i like the team components presentation
Let me put it this way. Sand is where I got to know my 800gs the best. It's hard as hell but rewarding and technically evolving.
EDGUY!!!!
The best Band ever!
Where is this land? Nice for a motor test-ride
well done guys!
thanx to cameraman ;)
where this land?
To be fair, the same rider should ride each bike. Here we don't know if the bike is bad or the driver.
Nice clip.
There appears to be an off road formula: 600cc-800cc are evidently, much more capable than the heavier, so called adventure bikes.
some of that sands pretty thick too....whatever bike you try an thunder thru it.
Great comparison and not a spoken word (in English) required...
Rudi jo lene ha egy picit fogyakuraznal :)).. szep kerekek !
cool
Love TENERE!
most of those guys can't ride for beans
👍👍👍👌
i think that super tenere is extremely haevy for the mountain but the tenere 660 is the best
some of those riders are good, some aint so good....the bikes have nothing to do with it..

The ST is much more than 220kg, more like 270kg.

Fuck me, that Yamaha really is a heavy piece of shit isnt it. It sounds cool at least...
