My question is about nannies, is it easy to find one?
Yes, it’s easy. You can contact the government to send you a list of nannies in your area but to find one that speak English is another challenge.
Insightful for some of us considering this. Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you Mommy❤ i would love to go abroad with my daughter, but i think it would be difficult without a partner😅
I think so too, you need a community of people you can trust to help out if you needed help. Partner, friends or colleagues
Hi Lesedi! Thank you so much for this video. This was very helpful. I just received an offer to begin teaching in Taiwan in August and I would really like to bring my 4 year old daughter with me. I also have a. Six month old who I will be leaving initially but would like to bring over later on. May you please share, a thorough breakdown of the whole process of bringing a child with you to Taiwan, the visa application, what documents are needed, and everything like that. I would really appreciate it

Take your child with you.
Thank you mommy, could you explain the current cost of school fees. My son will be 6 years when I am done with my studies.
Ereng maintenance ya afro mo ngwaneng?!?! Also, the cost of doing nails.
Hey it depends on whether you will take your son to international or public school. Public school is very cheap so you don’t need to worry about that but international is an arm and a leg so be prepared financially.
As for Afro, I bought my hair products and do my own hair. I braid myself. I have never done nails since coming to Taiwan so I don’t know how much they cost
Are the public junior high school subjects taught in Chinese only except for English Period? Private school would be too expensive for me
There some schools that are part of the bilingual education program but I don’t teach there so I can’t confirm if all the subjects are taught in Chinese or only some subjects.
What if your child is 6 years old
It would be better to look for an international school so that they can start learning from there if you want them to learn everything in English because at 6 years , they are about to officially start school
