Learned to take my BP manually, I Have high BP and always used automated machine but manually is more interesting even I'm not into the medical field (trucker) but always is good to learn something new..thanks for the video by the way I always admired medical field people they're awesome thanks for everything you do.

No thats still.pretty good ideal yes 120/ 80 but i usally never see the 120 / 80 its lower or very high .& rember every day life can spike our BP 136/ can take u in to hypertension stage 1 .over 140 can take you in to stage 2 hope this helped ??? Iam a medical assistant & see all diffrent #

No it's not bad. And it's not low either. It's very normal. Blood pressure below 120/80 is considered normal. And that's a total fact.

Baloney. Old videos like this one should have been removed from public view being the reading given at the end of the show of what 'normal' BP is, is for young people. A whole different standard BP measurement is for old people, like me. The video is biased against senior citizens for these 2 reasons.
