Just realized something. Adding on to your theory, if this is true, that means that Karl could accidentally run into the time period in which the past time traveler (probably Ranboo ) made that huge mistake. I hope we're both right.
In talking about people bringing memories and experience from other servers, I'm surprised you never mentioned the fact that, when Techno first joined the server, Wilbur asks him to make a potato farm for them, and brings up how he has experience with potato farms, and obvious reference to the potato wars on Hypixel Skyblock, which seems to imply those events, and the rest of Skyblock, happened in Techno's past. This furthers my headcanon that Hypixel is a country made of floating islands, and exists in the dsmp universe, just too high up for most people to reach. Techno arrived to this land in search of the glory of combat, and after becoming the most feared warrior there, he abandoned it, going with Phil to conquer Earth from that other SMP. Then, with nothing left to conquer, he returned to the Skies, attempting to make a peaceful life as a humble potato farmer. Peace, however, was not for him, and he turned even a simple potato farm into a war. After being crowned both Potato King and Mayor of Skyblock, he once again had nothing to do. He reached the top, and no longer had anywhere to go, which is when he received word from Wilbur that they needed help in the dsmp, and he once again headed off to a new land in search of new glory. That's just my interpretation though. It neatly ties together most of Techno's previous series into his backstory, but otherwise has little effect on his character on the smp.

I always just took each persons previous Minecraft experiences as their past or rather their "previous lives/home worlds" like Dream being a Runner with George, Sapnap,BBH,Ant and Sam being hunters, Techno being king of Hypixel and also conqueror of the world in Wilburs Earth SMP etc. ..... Anyone else had this as their head cannon? XD Edit: Yeah Philza is the best example of this, coming from his Hardcore world and carrying over his 1 life AND even his wings

The idea that "It is not in minecraft so it shouldn't be possible on the Dream SMP" isn't actually that good of an argument since there are a bunch of things in the DSMP lore that are not in vanilla minecraft. Like resurecting the dread, summoning lightning, scorpions (witch canonically live around Las Nevadas as confirmed by Wilbur) and the idea that some characters don't actually look like their in game skins. But the idea that Tubbo can build these things while others can't because he has experience from a "previous life" is cool and honestly i can imagine it becoming canon. BTW Techno can rip apart mountains canonically (Technoblade YT channel, Past livestreams playlist, "The Favor" 38min 43 sec) So he is still very strong even compared to nukes.
A lot of these characters probably lived pretty average lives until they moved into the Dsmp, which explains why some decide to not give backstory to their characters. I like to think that Tubbo always knew how to work around complex technology since he was known as the builder & redstone guy when he first joined the smp, but that so far he hadn't had any reason as to why he'd make something as extreme as nukes. It's not before L'manberg was absolutely destroyed and after he'd lost whatever leverage people had over him that he decided to strengthen the protection around his soon to be new home, and it was only decided to be used as a last resort (as he didn't really have beef with anyone at that point).
I’m really excited to see what the character of Tubbo gets up to in the near future. I’m loving the recognition of the fact that he just might be the most powerful non magical person on the server now, and that means that if he’s pushed to the point of attacking someone there’s close to no stopping him. The only things I can think of that could pull Tubbo back would be, The fact that he only has one cannon life left and may not get revived after that’s gone, His friends getting threatened, Possibly threatening something he loves? Although from what I’ve seen recently he doesn’t seem to get emotionally attached to places or items easily.

And techno specifically recognizes Phil as an "old friend" Notably ghostbur is a ghost (which have weird memories anyway) and techno comes from somewhere else where "people don't get multiple lives" So both of these make (some) sense, plus they're both somewhat small or simple things.
I haven't watched the entire video yet so I'm not sure if you have mentioned it, but Niki has an entire backstory. She was born on the Perfect Smp with Bear where she grew up but became frustrated by how 'perfect' it was and so ran away. There she befriended Wilbur who later invited her to join L'Manberg. She hopped between Bear smp and Dream smp until bear smp was shut down.
Well if Philza can hop between dimensions, and Tubbo is his son, then perhaps Tubbo can also do it. He might have seen the destruction of L'Manburg and took a little trip to find himself into what is now the modded servers, and learned/gathered these nuclear abilities.
I've seen people theorizing that Techno isn't actually a player, but a mob like Charlie, a zombie pigman who was cured of the zombie plague and taught to speak and read, so he has one life like every other non-player mob.
honestly- based off the canon stuff that phil adopts tubbo in a box thing from like when ghostbur started existing or whatever- it would be pretty hilarious if phil had looked at a kid (tubbo) with an extensive past of nuclear warfare, who had gone through a ton, like, what the video talks about, and phil went to wilbur like yep hi wilbur heres your new brother he can nuke your insides but its all good :D

I have a theory that the dsmp and the outsiders amp are in basically the same universe. I think that the dsmp was one of the first versions of the maze where there was only one clearing so more people kept coming, and the clearing would keep expanding so the maze was so far away that over time they simply forgot about the maze in general. This would explain why people don't remember there lives before the dream smp and some get flashbacks and remember some (like puffy). This theory is most likely wrong, but I Just thought of the similarities and formed my theory.
