- A run of PCB stage 3 without dying, bombing or breaking any borders.
Manage to pull this of at long last. This stage is infamous for being extremely difficult and combined with Alice, who is one of the hardest normal bosses in all of Touhou, this might very well be the case.
However I've managed to completely neuter the stage portion, rendering only Alice as the main threat.
The beginning is streaming and the second portion can be done very easily the way I do it here.
As for Alice, her second mid-boss spellcard is static. I like to dodge it a little up on the screen.
At her first boss spellcard she trows 3 variations of static patterns at you. Some memorization will help, but there will always be lingering bullets so you have to be carefull.
Her second spellcard will become a lot easier if you dodge it higher up on the screen while the bullets are still in clumps. Don't be afraid to macro-dodge the entire thing like I do here.
As for her last, it sucks very, very much. It likes to throw complete walls and has failed many a perfect run.
When it says "Blue sign" it's red, grey and green XD
Says white sign
Bullets r blue and red
Actually the bullet from the doll fire blue bullet then turn in to red to white and finally turn to green

How is it that he can beat this stage on lunatic, no death, no bomb, and I can't beat it on normal?

Ugg. There are spots while even watching this person play, where it doesn't even look like there are any holes to go through. That is some fine-tuned navigating. Though, from playing SHMUPs before, I know some of it is also repetition of pattern until you almost dodge things by knowing where the openings are going to be ahead of time.

honestly, I tried to get up to her on easy. Chen always messes me up.
@@AdieuAlle to be fair, when i get to chen its always a fucking shitshow. she's just too hard. alice on the other hand's relatively easy idk why.
@@vultschlange I was able to get Chen on my first try, she's the first boss I always die on. It isn't that hard for me at least. I only started to get trouble once I reached stage 4, I've heard it's always the same stage number in Touhou that has a sudden difficulty bump.
All of this on easy of course.
What's with that weird non that just ends?
Yeah, it's bizarrely short. However, if you're playing as a character with less power, like Reimu A (Er, maybe only as Reimu A), you'll have to dodge the full wave, so it's a bit less abrupt.
