how do they do mulching leaves?

Since these (and most) robotic mowers use small, pivoting safety blades instead of high RPM fixed blades, they do not create enough of a vacuum to pull up and mulch leaves. So the benefit of not destroying everyday objects in the lawn works against them a little bit in this regard. That being said, some models do mulch them better than others. We've seen mowers with multiple cutting discs tend to mulch marginally better. Regardless, you probably won't see the same results as you would with a standard mower from robotic. I hope that helps, thanks for the question!

Can the base be installed on a cement pad???

Definitely! As a matter of fact, we often install base stations on cement or paver bases for a more permanent, professional install. Instead of the base station screws, concrete anchors and washers roughly the diameter of the inset on the base station should take care of it.
With all of that said, try and minimize the amount of time the mower spends on the cement pad. The studded wheels cause considerable vibration that can cause problems with internals. Thanks for the question, hope that helps.

Can you have more than one property on these mowers, especially EPOS models?

The limitation you will run into here is the localized reference station. If the properties are within range, it may work, but like most RTK products, the mower is paried to the reference station and the data on the installation is stored locally.
For wired products, if you were to wire multiple properties, you would just need to re-pair the base station each time it is moved and you should not see any issues.

How many instances of theft has your company encountered with your robots being out in the public? I can see that being a problem since these robots are easy to pick up.

This is a fair question and something we always discuss with our clients and the comfort level around having the product in high-traffic areas. In general, we've seen fewer issues than most might expect. Unfortunately, we have seen some mowers stolen and a few destroyed. In the event of theft, if they have 4G, it's usually time to get the authorities involved and provide them access to tracking, and they'll typically find it abandoned somewhere after they realize there's no value to them. The alarms are pretty loud and deter theft in most cases. As far as destruction goes, we've seen them thrown with minimal damage and some tossed in lakes. In all cases, it's typically an insurance claim and will be replaced. Again, for the number of mowers we have or have had out over the years, the number of incidents is honestly pretty small in comparison. Maybe someday it will be none, but, for now, there will always be a risk of vandalism or theft so location and schedules definitely need to be kept in mind. Thanks for the question and for watching.
