I’m so happy for you two and it’s touching to see the relief and happiness it has brought you in sharing details, which shouldn’t have been an issue. It’s horrible that in this world, someone should feel like they have to hide or omit details of their life because of others’ prejudices, unrequested opinions and hate. No one should be made to feel like they have to announce it publicly or explain themselves. You guys are beautiful, inside and out, and though I’ve just discovered your videos last weekend, your happy-go-lucky, positive vibes, kindness and humor are refreshing and inspiring. A lot of people who profess to be Christians aren't truly saved, but if you are, then you are in rebellion to God, and so are these women. If you are a member of Christ's body, do you believe God when he says:
Rom. 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

You are not doing lost people any favors by conforming to them and praising their darkness rather than being a light of truth (if saved).

As someone who personally understands the silent weight of hiding one's true self in a southern Baptist setting, I relate to this so much. Even worse, I'm not alone: I have a family member whose spouse is known to most family members as a "roommate" they've just happened to have lived with for decades. It's insane that people are shoehorned into hiding not only a part of themselves, but their actual immediate/chosen FAMILY. No one should ever have to call their spouse or life partner a ROOMMATE.

I love you! I loved watching you before I saw this, but I want to say I’m Christian, and southern and lots of times I’m embarrassed by what Christians say and do in the name of Christianity! Especially southerners!! There are some people out there who know ALL LOVE IS GOOD LOVE, and I’m so proud of how brave you are to put yourself out there!! ♥️♥️
I know this comment is 3 years old, but I enjoyed it anyway. I'm a southern girl, living in a northern state since ~9, and wasn't really sure how things would go when I "came out". I'm so thankful that most of my experience has been positive. My former partner and I even moved back to my home state and no one really questioned anything. The only real issue was with my grandfather who kept telling me I needed to find a "rich man" until I finally told him if he wanted a rich man so much then he could marry one his damn self. That seemed to stop it. He only made those comments if I visited without her but was fine with her when she was there so idk what that was about. But he's also a pervy old creep so his opinion isn't very high on my list of cares.
My 15 month younger half sister grew up and still lives down South and is the first one to let everyone know she's got a gay sister like it's a badge of honor and holy hell do I love her for it! In fact, it's her birthday today. Maybe I should go tell her I'm proud to have her as my "not gay sister"... 🤔😜🤦🏻♀️😂😂 Sorry, I'm rambling! Thanks for being you and loving people for being them! Christians abide by the word of God, anyone who doesn't isn't Christian or a true believer. Read Leviticus 18:22 and know that when someone refers to that verse it's because that's what God commanded, not man.
