What type if stretch fabric did u use?

I used a cotton jersey. Any stretch would work ! I would just make sure it’s one where the fabric doesn’t fray

How many yards of fabric did you use?

It depends on the width of the fabric but you should be able to make it with the length that you want for the shirt. I bought a meter and had quite a bit left over
