Yes, i agree with what you said. Some people they change cars every 4-5 years? but they are in debt. Better to keep your car as long as you can. Nice feeling without debt except house mortgage. Good job guys. I accidentally watched your vlog and I’m liking it.😊
@@sweetf8660 Hello! I guess people value cars differently, some see it as a hobby and not as a tool 😅, or maybe they just have too much money 😅. Would rather invest my money once my car is paid off instead of trading it in and continue paying monthly car payments. S&P 500 has been breaking new all time highs this year 😅. New cars with all the bells and whistles DEPRECIATE as soon as you drive it off the dealer's lot. Materials no matter how expensive and shiny collect dust at ilalagay lang sa closet, garage o cabinet. I learned this early on by observing my siblings older than me, lahat ng kapalpakan nila ay hindi ko ginaya. Now, my wife and I are retired debt-free and can buy any car or anything we want CASH but we won't buy a car until our 14 and 16 y/o cars' wheels fall off. We were able to retire early with high net worth.😊
Agree po 💯. Naalala ko lang, bunili ko si misis ng 2 bags in 2 separate occasions as gifts many years ago, its not that too luxurious (coach & MK). Hindi ako nakinig sa kanya na huwag nang bumili 😂. Nanghihinayang sya each time na nakikita nya sa closet just collecting dust 😂. We’re much happier and celebrate each time we see our investments grow. I still regret to this day that we didnt invest as early like what you did. Thanks again for sharing another financial food for thought!🙏👍
@@Guzman_Family_VlogsNakaadik mag-save/invest at masaya kami pag lumalago but we do not tell our siblings and relatives about it and our total net worth, even our son does not know para magsumikap siya on his own.He is a Math teacher now and has his own savings. I guide him but also tell him to read books on how to manage his finances. Madali namang bumili ng kotse sa US any time para ka lang pumunta sa mall, pick one, test drive and then drive it home. If one of our cars break beyond repair or if it reaches over 250K miles, we will buy a new one, either a Toyota or a Honda. Both of my old cars are Toyota, regular maintenance lang ang kailangan, they run like new. My siblings still have debts and do not have enough to retire, they still work in their 50s and 60s, driving their nice and shiny cars to work while me and my wife Netflix and chill, and do not have to trade our time for money ever again.

We just prioritized savings and investments. Ngayon, nagtataka mga friends and relatives namin na financially-free na kami, samantalang sila kumakayod pa rin ng walang humpay. It is OK to be frugal, not cheap. Being cheap is different. We prefer quality over quantity. Habang may nagagamit pa, bakit bibili ng bago. Save and invest muna, ang easy namang bumili sa US pag may cash. Cash is still king.😊Precious metals are great too.😊
